Feeling them come to rest.
As your awareness turns inward,
Rest your hands on your heart center,
Touching the true source of connection within you.
Take deep,
Full breaths,
Feeling the breath expanding your chest,
Opening the energy of your heart.
As you breathe in,
Feel the breath,
The warmth of your heart,
Flowing through your body,
Touching parts that need extra attention.
Breathing out,
Feel yourself relaxing deeper inside,
Coming back home to yourself.
Feel your heart welcoming you to the place you are.
Feel your heart welcoming you in.
You can open to whatever you are experiencing,
Thoughts,
Different sensations,
Being embraced in this safe space of love.
You may be feeling more in this moment,
Some feelings may be pleasurable,
While others may be a little uncomfortable to feel.
