To become mindful and connect to greater levels of intelligence,
Begin by finding a comfortable position.
Close your eyes.
Feeling them come to rest.
Allowing your attention to turn inwards and settle inside.
Place your hands on your heart center in the middle of your chest.
Take deep relaxing breaths.
As you breathe in,
Feeling your chest expanding,
Revitalizing you.
Breathing out,
Feeling your muscles relaxing.
Releasing tension.
As your body relaxes,
Your mind is also relaxing.
Perhaps you're still busy thinking about your day.
There's no need to resist your thoughts or your mind chatter.
Allow it to come,
Be here,
And go.
Noticing how natural it is to become mindful of whatever you're thinking and feeling.
In your heart,
You can be as you are.
You don't need to try and be something you're not.
Give yourself permission to simply be.
Perhaps you feel relief in saying yes to yourself in this moment.
Taking time to experience this.
You may be hearing your mind talk to itself.
Or drift into daydreaming.
Be mindful.
Be present to what you're experiencing each moment.
Becoming aware of the sounds around you.
Listening to this music.
To the sound of my voice guiding you.
Listening with your whole body.
Receiving each sound.
And the silences in between.
Listening to sounds in silence is taking you deeper inside.
Revealing the space that thoughts move in.
Thoughts are like clouds floating in a silent sky.
Watching your mind is easy.
Relaxing.
As you look at the clouds,
You can also look at the vastness of the sky.
Watching the clouds coming and going.
Disappearing into the infinite sky.
You may be feeling lighter.
As the clouds clear,
Your mind is clearing.
Giving your mind time to rest and rejuvenate.
Watching.
Becoming mindful of your thoughts.
Gives you clarity.
Revealing new insights.
Sharpening your intelligence.
So that you see situations clearly and can make smarter choices.
