Comfortably in your space.
Tense up your whole body at first.
Tense it all up.
Your toes,
Your belly,
Your back,
Your face.
Hold it.
Tense and then let it all go.
Relax into the space.
Release.
Become heavy.
Let your body and your breath be at ease.
Let your body come into the space,
Into the safety of letting go,
Of being among others.
Letting your body,
Telling it's safe.
And first sense your belly.
Sense anything happening in your belly and just meet it with an open curiosity and kindness.
Is it fluttering?
Is it warm?
Is it hot?
Being with it with no judgment,
Just a gentle,
Loving awareness.
Moving that sensation and awareness to the chest.
Gently asking what kind of feelings and sensations are occurring in the chest.
If it's difficult to come into your body,
Put your hand on your heart soothingly,
Knowing you set this time aside for you to be here in your body in the state it is.
To actively offer acceptance.
If there's difficulty in the body or the mind saying yes,

You're okay right now as you are.

You could have them be an amalgamation or pinpoint one.
A place real or imagined you love that you just feel at ease.
Your full self.
It could be a future imagined place.
So good.
Now sense an activity that bubbles joy up your spine.
Swimming in the ocean,
Snuggling,
Cooking,
Some activity or sense of being.
You're really in the moment whether it's from a long time ago,
Real or imagined.
Sense that feeling now.
Sense the motion in your body and the air and the scent.
Be with that now.
Beautiful.
Now let it go.
You're doing so good.
Feel your body now in a more relaxed state,
Laying down heavy.
Letting the breath be a massage,
A rhythmic soothing massage cascading through the body,
Releasing tension with the out breath.
As if you're traveling down stairs,
Falling deeper into relaxation with each step going deeper and deeper.
Surrendering so you can fully feel the beauty of this relaxed state.
So good.
Invite you now to sense a healthy,
Strong,
Gentle protective being like a guide,
Real or imagined.
Maybe your healthiest inner wise self.
A figure you can think of,
An amalgamation of some people,
Real or imagined.
Sense this protector now.
Really see them and feel their energy of strength.
So anchored,
Glowing,
Warm with easy accepting strong love.
Sense that protector now with you as a toddler.
See or feel or sense that little toddler you were.
See your protector holding you,
Rocking you,
Stroking your hair,
Gently touching your cheek,
Telling you you're so safe and you were so loved.
Feel this gentle,
Easy rocking,
Strong arms of love holding the little toddler you.
This little perfect being,
This beautiful being that came into the world and was shaped by experiences.
And in that being there's an essence so good and so pure.
You can sense it now.
It's allowed to be there.
It's allowed to feel strong.
So good.
Now sense yourself at an age or stage in life that was challenging.
Pick one for now.
The strongest or even the easiest that feels safe right now to delicately sense the edge of.
Together we do this.
And your protector,
Your guide is with you in this time.
But it's different this time.
Your protector is holding you with really strong arms,
Looking you in the eyes and together you feel stronger.
You feel seen.
Your protector sees the pain.
Your protector sees you and knows and can hold it with you and strengthens you.
Your protector may say you're safe.
You're strong.
I'm here now.
I'm here with you.
I won't ever leave.
This is now inside of you too.
Let some of that clutching inside.
Let some of that fear flow from you to their strong capable arms and warmth and it melts.
They take it for you.
They're here with you.
You can let it go.
It's okay.

Be with whatever rises.
There's enough to address it and be simply be with it practicing the muscle of being with all sensations up down dark light making room for the ability to be with yourself through everything.
Sense yourself now as a teenager.
See that wild or shy little teenage body and your protector is now holding your hands across from you looking directly into your eyes since the protector how strong they are.
It could be the same protector.
It could morph whatever is needed,
Whatever feels intuitive.
Trust where you're at.
Sense them looking at this teenage body looking in your eyes as they tell you a few easy things that they love about you.
Sense those things that would be said to you now.
Those easy things are so cool about you.
Unique to you or just simple just you being enough because you're there and feel them in your heart now.
Be unafraid to bathe that being in goodness,
In being seen and seeing and reflecting and growing the goodness.
It's safe.
You're allowed to.
Now sense yourself in your body today with your protector again.
You're being held now by them rocked as if you guys are both in a big gigantic rocking hammock.
They're just delicately rocking and soothing.
Seeing you today and all you've been through.
Saying yes,
This too.
We include it all.
We forgive it all.
We celebrate each experience.
Feel your protector rocking you,
Holding you,
Saying you don't have to hold it all.
I'm here at healthiest strong self inside you is here to be alongside you through each of these stages of the memory of the echo of yourself inside.
That protector and that guide is the healthiest part of you.
A deep well of inner wisdom,
A deep well of health that has always been there.
Rocking you now.

And in all those ways over the years you might have been missed by others in the cold draft of not feeling seen meeting yourself now as enough as you being enough to see you and that you get to have all these beautiful qualities big strong glowing and vibrant inside.
They're allowed.
You can take up space in your world and be big.
You can be soft.
You can be quiet.
You're allowed to trust.
Your protector wants to tell you one more thing.
Your protector sees your goodness and sees your love inside.
That love is worth growing and protecting and sensing.
Rest now in these sensations.
Open up your awareness to your beautiful body in this space in this moment and feel where you may feel any sensations constricted open bright and tingly warm and relaxed and in sensing the bright lively white light inside.
You may grow those areas by delicately lightly acknowledging them.
Sensing now a white spinning light at the center of your belly spinning spinning and it's beautiful white light charge sends tickles of energy and she through your whole body sense just the area of the belly in a white light spinning.
Feel that energy feel how relaxed your body is.
Feel the sensation in your body of trust surrender relaxed open receptivity and love.
I will give you a final prompt let anything bubble up without thought just a delicate soft subconscious awareness.
If nothing comes just relax in the space.
