Okay,

So you woke up.

No worries.

Piece of cake.

I've got you.

I have got you.

So kick back and let's go on a deep sound sleep adventure.

Get comfy,

Wiggle in and imagine your thinking muscle gently releasing and relaxing and hold the image of a clear glassy lake.

I will drop a prompt like a pebble into the lake.

You do nothing but sense the ripples that rise or don't rise.

Nothing you have to do but just receive the prompt in the crystal clear glassy calm lake.

See your lake now.

Sit covered and surrounded with moss,

Trees,

Flowers.

And your first prompt,

Imagine a time real or invented,

Where you are on the most magical relaxing vacation.

Next,

Imagine yourself receiving a deeply soothing massage safe and warm by someone so nourishing,

Releasing all the muscles and letting them fall loose and heavy.

Now you're in a hot magnesium salt bath in a huge beautiful tub.

You can feel the delicate sense of salt crystals at the bottom of the bath that have yet to dissolve.

Your body is soaking in the warm water,

Delicately weightless,

Relaxing into the bath.

Now imagine a nourishing elder bringing you a very special tea and taking such good care of you.

Hugging you if you need it,

Giving you a big heavy blanket if you need it.

Just caring and listening.

Sense the ripples of that sensation.

Now you have three little puppies licking your toes,

Giving you a slight relaxing giggle as they now bring you all the way to the ground,

Your body heavy and relaxed as they lick your hands and your neck and your face,

Their cold,

Wet noses nudging sweetly.

Now you're in a hammock on a beach,

Warm,

Delicate breeze,

The sweet scent of the sea.

And your hammock is swaying ever so gently back and forth as your body becomes heavy and relaxed back and forth,

Releasing into a nap on the beach.

Imagine yourself now on a cloud bed in a big wide open sky,

Warm sun on your skin.

You begin to feel a heaviness in the whole body,

Whole body releasing,

Sinking heavy.

Sensing now the bottom of your heels,

Any sensation,

The bottom of your heels,

Feeling your whole feet release and becoming heavy.

Sensing now your legs without having to change anything,

Just sensing any feelings in the legs and invite them to release,

Become heavy.

Sense the areas where the legs make contact with the bed.

Nothing you need to do or change,

Just witness and invite relaxed,

Released heaviness,

Bringing your awareness now to your root,

Where it makes contact with the bed,

Sensing your root,

Your low back,

Mid back,

Upper back,

Whole back and root,

Heavy into the bed,

Sinking,

Warm sun,

Big gentle open sky.

Sensing your arms and your hands,

Being with whatever energy is in your arms and your hand in this moment without needing to change and inviting them to release,

Become heavy.

Bringing your attention to your shoulders and neck like a thick warm honey,

Dripping the muscles releasing,

Heavy,

Relaxed,

The neck release,

Drifting attention now to your right cheek,

Your whole right cheek,

Being with any sensation in your right cheek,

Now your left cheek,

Warmth,

Tingling,

Any sensation or even non-sensation,

Gliding the attention to the whole jaw,

Picturing it like the warm honey releasing the muscle,

Relaxing the muscle like a gentle loving massage,

Bringing your attention to the area between the eyebrows,

Sensing any sensation between the brows,

Sensing the whole body now,

Whole body relaxed,

Sinking,

Heavy,

Hands,

Right side of the back,

Left side of the back,

Releasing,

Whole back,

Whole body,

Sinking heavily as we begin a sleepy end of day,

Gentle adventure tale.

We took a boat from our beautiful forest filled island to a petite island nearby.

We set to sail on a glassy,

Sallish sea,

Calm,

A hint of silvery hue,

And if you dipped your head over the sailboat,

You'd peer deep into the belly of the sea to find a beautiful jade green.

You're laying on squishy,

Deep cushions like the bed cloud,

Warm,

Comfortable,

Soothing.

Your body gently senses the swaying rocking of the boat lazily making its way along this glassy,

Calm sea,

Swaying back and forth,

The gentle movement,

The slight taste of the sea on your tongue,

The warm sun like a beautiful blanket on the skin.

You're sliding,

Gliding deeper and deeper into relaxation.

Your muscles release,

Become heavy,

Swaying,

Delicate breeze,

Just touching your hands and face,

Your eyes lazily open to the big blue sky,

To see a raven with long wings soaring just above at the same slow pace as the gliding gentle boat.

As he turns suddenly,

You see his wing in the nacreous black,

Like a beautiful full spectrum oil spill.

The gentle scent of the sea wafts by as you're feeling more relaxed,

Sinking heavy,

Releasing.

You feel a slight jolt as the boat hits the shore.

You notice it is a warm,

Empty beach.

You gently walk across the warm black sand,

Sinking your heels into the sand.

Your toes push through,

Making shapes like the clouds above.

The back of your heel feels the cold slick from a dark green seaweed,

Still wet from the ocean's kiss.

You walk,

Swaying gently,

Lazily forward along the coast,

The sound of the waves gently lapping,

Pulling,

Lapping.

You see ahead some rock formations,

Wild shapes like bowls and cups filled with crystal clear sea water.

Inside the first bowl is a bulbous,

Bright red-orange sea cucumber.

You bend quietly and gently touch its jelly soft wiggly body.

Next,

You see a large,

Deep purple starfish.

And ahead you see a cluster of starfish layered on top of each other,

A confusion of limbs and various shades of purple.

You're feeling so relaxed.

You lay out a nice big blanket and a pillow on the warm black sand,

Sloped down to the lapping gentle push from the sea.

You lay warmed by the sun,

And you drift in and out from the beach and into a dream state,

Drifting off.

And in your dream,

You are in a forest with rainbow colored trees.

Off each major branch is a round thing that looks tasty.

You get a closer look,

And each round is a donut with different frosting tops,

Sprinkles,

Cherries,

Chocolate.

You pull your favorite donut off a tree limb and bite into its squishy,

Sweet texture.

As the crumbs from your donut fall to the ground and hit the bottom,

Little effervescent sparkles rise in the air,

Like each crumb tickles the ground skin.

You walk on to see a pond with clear waters and tropical fish with wild neon colors.

They're swimming in every which direction,

Like the chaos of a New York City street.

Then suddenly,

You hear a whisper in the wind,

Which gains some sound and reverberation,

And it becomes a song,

A song that the neon fish begin to slow their chaos,

Get into rhythms as a group,

And swim a beautiful dance.

All of the fish and all of their colors in perfect sync.

Sudden pivots,

Elegant and smooth,

Long moves gliding by.

You drop a pebble,

Like a thought,

Into the clear pond,

Watching the ripples from the pebble spreading out and out and out.

A sound further off catches your ear.

You look up,

Searching for what is causing this chirping,

Crackling sound,

And you see an army of miniature gnomes crackling through the forest,

Snapping little twigs along the way.

You get a little closer view,

And you notice some have maroon colored baking mitts,

Dusted with white flour.

Others have long wooden spoons and spatulas hung from their belts like tools.

They march on by,

Chattering in low voices about new flavors for the donut forest.

One says,

Maui waui pink punch pie.

It's a burst of cherry that ends with the taste of the setting sun.

Well,

My latest creation is the blue waui.

It tastes like the fresh air after a heavy rain.

Another chimes in,

Mine tastes just like a long hug from a friend,

But with a hint of maple dusted on top.

Mine,

However,

Tastes like when you dive head first into a sea of ripe blueberries bursting around you,

Pop,

Pop,

Pop.

You walk a little further into the land,

And you see a cozy log cabin.

And inside is a crackling fire in a fireplace made of stone.

The center of the log cabin room is a big,

Comfortable bed with a fluffy comforter.

You crawl gently into the bed,

Put your head on the pillow,

And wiggle softly under the comforter,

Letting your body release to its tired sleep,

Drifting off,

Noticing your body's becoming heavy,

Releasing all the muscles,

Falling deep into relaxation,

And drifting into sleep.

Your body is so tired from walking this wild land of donut trees,

Ponds of neon tropical fish,

Swimming and swaying in a beautiful coordinated dance,

And the army of tiny gnome chefs that make all the donut recipes.

Your body is exhausted from this beautiful,

Delightful adventure.

You're drifting now into a much deeper sleep,

And you dream now that you're a bird black against the blue sky.

You're soaring above the clouds,

And then suddenly you dip down through a fluffy lot of them and into a clear blue expanse.

Just below you see a sailboat with a beautiful being laying inside its belly.

The being in the boat sway back and forth with the gentle motions of the sea.

You notice and sense this being looks kind,

Has a warm sweet glow.

You feel safe soaring right above this being asleep in this boat in sync.

You can feel your wings flapping slightly and soaring through the wind,

Powerful and strong.

You want to stay above this beautiful kind being as long as possible to protect and watch and witness a beautiful sailboat gliding underneath you.

The boat begins to dock on the beach.

You turn and fly to a branch on a tree.

There you find your comfortable squishy soft nest.

Like a big bowl,

You can nuzzle in,

Relax,

Your eyes becoming heavy,

The warmth of the sun on your feathers as the head starts to fall,

The weight of tired,

Letting go and falling asleep.

Drifting off into a dream,

You are engulfed in white,

Big open sky.

A peaceful,

Blissful white glowing light all around you tickling and warming the skin.

And in front of you,

You see a visual.

You see an orange plump with its pockled skin.

Next,

You see a snowy mountain with all of its grooves and patterns.

You see a comedian on stage with a mic,

A willow tree with its long limbs like hair wafting in the gentle breeze.

You see a basketball,

An apple,

A frog wet and green,

A candle with a gentle flickering dancing flame,

A pen,

A puff of smoke.

Next,

You see a birthday cake,

A glass of clear water,

A wooden bowl,

A river gurgling past stones,

A red rose,

A happy baby in a diaper and white t-shirt,

A dog sleeping,

A donut,

A tiny gnome,

A maroon baking glove dusted with white flour,

A bright yellow and black tropical fish,

A fuzzy bunny,

A carrot orange long and thin with a fuzzy green carrot top sprouts,

A raven in a nest.

Suddenly in this big wide expanse,

You hear a horn and you hear it again,

Its reverberations passing through your chest.

You wake and notice it is a horn from a nearby ship and that you were deep asleep on the warm black sand beach.

You sit up and look at the calm glassy sea,

The birds flying sometimes just above the surface gliding by the reflection of themselves below them,

Perfect and clear.

You gather your blanket slowly,

Its time to go home and go to bed.

You shake off the sand and walk across the beach,

Feeling your feet heavy into the sand.

You bend to get a look at the seashells,

Teeny shards of purple,

Round rose colored rocks,

White shells.

You select one shell to keep and you walk to the sailboat,

Get in and lay back down on the soft cushions in the boat on the calm glassy sea.

You sense the gentle rocking back and forth,

Back and forth.

You remember yourself on the beach,

Drifting away into dreams of dreams of a raven and its inky feathers and cushy nest.

You notice a slightly sweet maple taste in your mouth that feels pleasant,

Satiating.

You are swaying gently,

Sinking deeper into relaxation as the sea carries you,

Relaxing your muscles.

Skin gently warmed by the sun,

A light breeze tickling the hairs of your arms,

Gentle swaying.

As you notice you are pulling up to land,

You have arrived on the shore and dock to the sound of birds nearby.

The sun is gently setting in the distance and pushing a beautiful twilight pink purple hue through the sky.

You begin your walk through the small village to your home,

Past the baker and the market.

Entering your home,

You make yourself a warm cup of mint tea with fresh mint leaves.

As you now begin to turn in for the night and become cozy in your bed,

Letting yourself drift now off to sleep.
