Starts with a guided deep relaxation, then gets to the good stuff, growing your feelings of love. Once in this relaxed state we reinforce a sense of self love, travel back to the little you inside and build a more loving relationship to him or her. Best practiced fully reclined. Enjoy this. It sure looks good on you.

Transcript

Lay down and take some time to get comfortable.

Adjust your legs,

Wiggle your butt.

Make sure there's nothing else to attend to.

You're comfortable with the container around you and the quiet and the noise.

And as you settle into the space,

Laying down,

Take a big deep slow breath into your root and push it out with vigor to let the stress of the body and the muscles release.

Separating through your breath yourself from the day and the thinking and creating a wall between then and now where you can fully let go with that deep inhalation and a vigorous exhale.

Now slowing the breath,

Letting the breath go deep but slow,

Slowly in and a gentle slow out.

Just creating a sweet massaging rhythm,

Letting the breath soothe the body.

As you start to feel your body on the space and feel the support of everything holding you up.

And feel the points of contact,

Feeling your whole body supported by the ground beneath you,

Your whole body in your points of contact.

Feeling yourself become heavy and your muscles relaxing into the space.

Now focus on your feet and your heels and your right heel.

Becoming heavy and relaxed in your left heel.

Focus on both legs,

The whole leg.

Feel the legs fall gently.

The muscles fall to the side,

Become heavy.

Let them fall and become relaxed.

Focus on the butt,

The root and your whole root area and your hips and gently notice any tension with acceptance,

With love.

It's okay the way it is right in this moment.

And letting your hips and your bum and your lower back release,

Become gentle.

Now your mid back and your upper back,

Where you feel the contact,

Letting it become heavy and relaxed.

Letting it sink deeper into the space,

Letting your shoulders fall.

Focusing now on your belly and your stomach.

And just noticing anything in your belly or stomach,

Any tension or sensation,

Flutter,

Heat,

Stagnation or lack of sensation.

Just gently with so much love noticing whatever is occurring in the stomach.

Gently noticing the chest area.

Letting any sensations just be a gentle information for where you're at right now in this moment.

And letting it relax with acceptance,

Letting it relax with acknowledgement,

Letting it release with the love of being seen.

And gently noticing the arms,

Noticing the hands,

Feeling any sensation in the hands.

And moving your attention up to the throat and the back of the neck.

Noticing any tension,

Any discomfort,

Maybe a sense of opening.

Any physical sensations in the throat and back of the neck.

And simply acknowledging and being with those sensations.

And noticing your jaw.

Any tension,

Any sensation in your jaw.

And your cheeks,

Moving your attention into your cheeks and into your eye.

Into your eye muscles,

Surrounding your eyes and letting them relax the muscle.

Into your head,

Relaxing the thinking muscle,

Relaxing the forehead.

Bringing your attention to your third eye.

And in your third eye you see a color.

It's the color you need.

It's the color that's emanating in the third eye and glowing.

Picture it now and if nothing comes,

Just sit in relaxation,

Focused on the third eye.

Allowing any color to change,

Shift,

Appear.

And gently imagining that color now.

Allowing that color now to deepen and spread through your head.

And then travel from the top part of your spine down to the bottom into your root.

Now traveling down to your root and connecting your whole body and soothing it and relaxing it.

Surrounding you with a warm,

Soothing color,

Allowing the muscles to relax deeply.

So now you're falling into deep relaxation.

As we'll travel down a beautiful flight of stairs,

Surrounded in plants.

It's safe and comfortable.

It has fuzzy,

Wonderful carpet on the stairs that feel really good and luscious to the toes.

You're traveling down from 20 to 19 to 18 to 17.

Going deeper,

Deeper into relaxation,

Deeper into relaxation,

Deeper into relaxation,

Traveling down the stairs,

Just letting go.

And 1.

And now you're just releasing and relaxing your whole muscle.

You're at the bottom of the stairs and you're going in a room.

And in that room is a white,

Glowing space.

Surrounded in a white,

Warm,

Glowing.

It's a voice.

It's a really tender,

Sweet,

Loving voice.

And it says you are whole.

And it reaches right to your body,

Your heart,

Your stomach,

Your whole body.

It says you are strong.

It says you are strong.

You can feel the white,

Beautiful,

Pure glow.

And it says you are pure.

It says you are pure and pure love.

You can feel the pure love vibrate through your body.

The connection of the love that's in you.

To the connection to the love all around.

And the safety and love and the abundance that comes in love and trust in you deserve that abundance.

And you deserve that love.

It's the same love that's in you.

That's surrounding you.

And that will stay and hold you and protect you and won't leave.

It's the love you've deserved your whole life since you were a little,

Beautiful girl.

And it's here and it's growing.

And it's here to stay.

Now you go out from that white room in the hall.

There's a really beautiful door,

A wooden door.

You open that door and you go in a new room.

This room has blue light,

A gorgeous,

Vibrating indigo light.

And this light has a whisper,

A beautiful whisper and it says you are good enough.

You alone are enough.

It tells you you are enough.

You're surrounded in the blue light,

The blue room.

And the blue light is traveling in your body and vibrating inside and outside and around you.

You are understanding and receiving the message with the light.

You are enough.

You are valuable.

You are beautiful.

And we're going to go out into the hallway.

There's a new door.

It's a beautiful crystal glass door.

You see into the room,

You walk into the room.

It's a beautiful,

Tender green light.

It's green with living green,

Vibrating light.

It brings you such joy and you feel tingly and happy and smiley in this beautiful light,

Happy vibration.

And in this light,

You feel happy.

And you could feel the message and the whisper and the light,

This nurturing,

Playful,

Sweet voice.

It says you deserve to feel joy.

It's okay to have enough.

It's okay to have abundance.

It's okay to have joy.

This tickle of beautiful energy is in you and it's vibrating with the joy that's already there.

And it's reassuring that joy that's already there.

It won't leave.

You get to have big,

Beautiful things.

You get to have a safe,

Inspiring space to live that you love so much,

A sanctuary you come home to.

You get to have love in your life that's really full,

Nourishing,

Sensual,

Intimate,

Supportive love.

It brings you gifts and surprises and joy and honors its own truth and shows up as its own person.

And between you and other,

There is the sharing of this beautiful,

Vibrant love.

And it's a safe experience to indulge and enjoy the gifts you have right now.

All of these beautiful gifts,

They get to stay.

And you get to relax into them and live and reside in them from this new place of love and abundance and joy.

And now you're going to be on a walk in a forest along a river.

It's a really babbling,

Gentle water,

Clear.

You can see the rocks.

It's very sweet and tender sounds.

Incredibly fresh but warm-ish air.

You can smell the trees.

You can hear the birds chirping.

It's incredibly safe and sweet.

You could feel the sweet crunch of leaves beneath your feet and the warmth of the air.

And you're just walking and contemplating and feeling sensations from all the light and feeling the contentment of feeling joy,

The contentment of identifying and feeling the love within you and the love that surrounds you like a warm,

Safe blanket that you could fall into anytime you need and trust.

And it catches you every time.

Inside yourself,

There is love and safety and outside yourself,

There is so much support,

Love and safety.

You are always supplied and surrounded.

You just feel that sweet contentment in your beautiful private forest where you have time for yourself and time to relax and let all of these beautiful feelings grow strong and permanent within.

To spend a little light time walking here in this private area,

Being at peace,

Being at rest,

Being with the self in its natural,

Pure,

Strong love form.

Inside yourself,

Hold an image of you as a little being,

Maybe as a baby or as a toddler or even as a teen.

Hold an image of her or him now.

And gently see that same love,

That same pure love.

And connect now to that love that you feel.

And if you want to tell her or him anything,

Let them know now what your adult self knows and that they want to express or hold in this beautiful little being,

This pure being,

This innocent being.

Give them any message now that you'd like to share.

And now you can feel a beautiful sun on your body,

Warming the body and very gently invigorating the body.

Feel the sun on your body now as you lay,

Warming your arms and your face,

Warming your heart,

Warming your legs as you are deeply relaxed and invigorated.

You're so safe.

You're safe to feel the love inside,

Safe to trust the love on the outside,

Safe to know you support yourself on the inside and safe to know you're supported from the outside.

As you feel the sun warm,

You and gently bring you back to the room to gently feel your body back laying,

Feeling your body,

Feeling the ground beneath your body supporting and holding you.

As you feel your feet,

You might let them wiggle or adjust.

As you very gently let the sun bring you back to the room,

You very gently let your hands feel the ground.

Let your head maybe sway very gently and small from side to side.

As you take your sweet time to come back to your body fully,

To the safe,

Nurtured space where you could sit quietly with your heart and let any of the new wisdom and relaxation just be with you now.

And as we close,

I invite you to sit and be gentle and let your brain just float where it needs to be quiet for a while as it needs to,

As you just give what you need and what's called for as you come back to the room fully and take the time you need.

Best meditation to date. Because you connected to your inner self and radiated the love that’s already resonating within. It was warm, gentle, light, soothing, calming, nurturing, colorful and white light, relaxing, supportive, and loving. My mind and body gently smiled towards myself. Thus producing a slight curling of the corners of my mouth, a smile. My inner child was soothed and hugged. My inner child was reassured that he was loved and cared for. My inner child was apologized too for its experiences that did not occur. But assured that all is well because you are here today being nurtured and cared for. All is well. Love yourself. This is what that ultimately feels like.
