
Fall Back Asleep
Hey you, having a tough night, woke up at 3 a.m. tossing and turning? This for you! A soothing brief guided relaxation to nuzzle you back into a deep sleep. Soothing body chillax and scan for 14 minutes.

So you've woken back up.
That's okay.
Let's get you back into a deep restful state where you can float off into sleep.
If there's anything left you need to do,
Like write something down to clear your mind,
Or go to the bathroom.
Do that now so you can release all concerns and fall back into a restful deep sleep.
And you can listen to this as many times as you need to tonight so you're safe to get the sleep and rest you need.
Now as you're ready to fall back into sleep,
I want you to feel the bed beneath you.
I want you to feel it holding you up.
I want you to feel the safety of that gravity as it supports you fully and you can let go of your muscles and you could submit your body into the weight of that bed,
Releasing all tension,
Letting your body become heavy,
Letting it become soft,
Letting the muscles release.
And any thoughts you're having,
I want you to picture them right now like a little drawer in your brain.
I want all those thoughts put in the drawer.
I want you to imagine them going in,
In the drawer and inside the drawer is a jar.
I want them all to go into that jar,
All the thoughts,
Conversations you might be having,
The list making,
The things to remember for tomorrow.
You'll remember them if they're important.
Right now I want you to put them in the jar like as if they're little pieces of paper with all the things you need said written on them.
Put them in the jar,
Close the jar,
Put them in the drawer,
Close the drawer.
They're safe.
They're put away now.
We don't need to come back to them.
You'll have them in the morning and now you could get back into a deep,
Restful,
Relaxed sleep.
As you feel the top of your head,
The very,
Very tip top of your head,
I want you to feel relaxed,
Warm energy at the top of your head.
I want you to feel this warm,
Relaxing energy slowly going through your forehead,
Like a little tickle,
Like a soft,
Like it's relaxing all your muscles as it passes through slowly and gently.
Going down through your cheeks,
It's relaxing unclenching your jaw,
Relaxing your jaw muscles so they're open and warm and relaxed and released and opening your throat and relaxing your neck,
Warming your neck and your neck muscles,
Becoming heavy,
Becoming deeply relaxed,
Preparing to fall back into sleep.
As your shoulders and your neck,
Your shoulders become heavy and fall away and the muscles unwind,
They become loose and heavy and relax deeply into gravity and letting go.
On the top of your back and your chest,
Become open and heavy.
As you feel the warm energy passing through this area,
Slowly relaxing your chest and your upper back.
You could feel it opening and be growing heavy,
Growing deeply relaxed.
As you notice you're starting to fall asleep and you notice you're starting to float off and become more and more relaxed.
So you can let go and let your back become heavy and release as your upper arms are relaxed and warmed by this glow as they become heavy.
As your lower arms become heavy and soft and very relaxed,
Falling deep into the bed,
The warm glow goes into your hands and relaxes your hands.
Can you feel the soft energy in your hands?
Can you feel the relaxing warm tickle?
Can you feel the warmth passing back down into your back and your stomach as it becomes deeply relaxed and heavy?
As you now notice the breath lightly passing in and out of the throat,
Lightly and slowly lifting and falling the chest as the breath relaxes the body,
As the breath flows through slowly,
Gently in and out of your chest and your throat as it's relaxing the muscles just like that glow relaxing and filling your body with warmth as it releases with each breath as the muscles release and now in your seat you can feel the warmth,
Swarm glow relaxing your seat,
Letting it become heavy,
The tension releasing and into the tops of your legs becoming relaxed,
Deeply relaxed and heavy,
The bottom parts of your legs,
Your shins,
Your calves becoming heavy.
As your feet feel with the warm energy or heavy into the bed,
You could feel the warmth and relaxing energy through your whole body relaxing it so you feel safe,
So you can drift off back into sleep into a deep,
Long restful sleep where you have nothing to think about,
Where you can simply drift off.
As you notice you're starting to feel more and more relaxed,
As you notice you're starting to feel heavy sinking into the bed,
You're sinking deeper and deeper slowly like you're traveling down the stairs into a deeper,
Quieter,
More relaxed state,
To a heavy state of relaxation,
You're sinking deeper in that bed,
Slowly becoming heavier,
Quieter,
Your muscles are releasing as you become more and more relaxed and able to let go easily and gently,
Letting go of any thoughts,
Letting your muscles let go and becoming heavy and deep into the bed,
Sinking deeper and heavier like it's a boat in a beautiful,
Still,
Warm lake and you're rocking gently in the boat,
In the sun,
You feel the sun on your body warming your skin,
You could feel those sun rays tickling,
Warming,
Relaxing your skin and your body as you feel this gentle,
Soft,
Slow,
Rocking sensation,
You're going heavy and deeper into sleep,
You could feel that gentle boat rocking your body as you're completely safe in this calm,
Beautiful place,
This soft,
Safe,
Protected,
Warm space to fall deeper into a relaxed state where you notice you're drifting and drifting and rocking so soft and you're drifting off into a sweet,
Soft,
Gentle,
Relaxed sleep where you could fall deeper and let go more and more,
Falling into a deeper state of relaxation and a deeper state of rest,
Floating off,
Letting your imagination go into dream state because now you are in a deep,
Soft,
Relaxed state rocking gently side to side swaying as you let yourself fall deeper,
More relaxed and let your mind float easily off into that dream state,
Floating softly in the sun,
The sun warming your skin as you feel the breeze,
The warm,
Soft breeze passing through you with your breath as you're one with it all through your soft,
Slow,
Deep breath as it passes through you so easily and relaxed,
As simple as the breeze floating in the warm sun as your body has now completely relaxed and released all of your muscles and you're back into sleep,
You can float off and release into a soft,
Sweet dream state.

I don't think I have ever heard the end if the track. The calming voice soon lulls me back to sleep. It also calms my dogs too!!

This is a very useful meditation when you wake in the middle the of night. I highly recommend it. You would never guess from the title. Hey Mollie, you really should change the name. It sounds like a children’s meditation. I truly feel it could help a lot if people if they knew it is available. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
