Find a place where you can close your eyes or lower your gaze and you feel safe and you won't be disturbed.
And then just taking a moment to get comfortable,
Allowing yourself to breathe into your belly.
And on the exhale,
Surrendering,
Letting go.
Your body relaxing into whatever it is that you're sitting on.
And just breathing into your body,
Into your hips.
Allowing them to soften.
Into the space between your brows,
Letting go just a little bit more.
Softening your jaw.
Breathing into your back,
Letting it be supported.
Letting go.
Just allowing your body to be held in this moment right now.
And just allowing your body to breathe itself.
Taking this time to connect with your inner child.
And now from up above,
Imagine a warm glowing golden light coming into the crown of your head.
Feel it softening,
Coming down past your third eye.
Into your throat space,
Your shoulders,
Your heart,
Your back.
This golden light just coming into all of your body.
Soothing you,
Holding you.
Taking you deeper into yourself.
Feel it coming down into your belly,
Your hips.
Down into your legs and your feet.
Just breathing in this golden light.
Softening.
And feel it holding you.
Letting you know that it's safe to journey here.
And if at any time you feel uncomfortable,
Gently bring yourself back into the room that you're in.
And just breathing.
Allowing whatever wants to come up for you today.
And now,
Just allowing yourself to go back in time.
Just imagine yourself travelling along your timeline.
To a younger version of yourself,
Doesn't matter what age.
A younger version of yourself that has something that they'd like to share with you today.
Something that needs resolve or healing perhaps.
Or maybe they just want acknowledgement.
And just allowing whatever age comes to you.
Letting it come into your awareness right now.
What do you notice?
Where are you?
What age are you?
What's happening?
Are you with anyone else?
And just beginning to feel and connect with this younger version of yourself.
And as you do,
Why has this memory come into your awareness?
Is there anything that needs to be shared with you today?
What would this younger version like to tell you?
Is there anything that they need in this moment?
Allowing yourself to be as present as you can with them.
Listening to them.
Perhaps feeling anything.
Allowing yourself to feel what they are.
Do they need to cry and release?
Do they need to scream and shout and be angry about something?
Or do they just need love and holding?
Perhaps all of it.
Really holding space for you to be with them right now.
And let the feelings move through you.
And as you allow this,
I invite you to ask little you,
Younger you,
Is there anything else that they would like to share with you right now?
Just be open to whatever wants to come up.
Thank you.
And as they share with you,
What do they need to support them in that moment?
What's going to help them?
Is it love?
Holding?
What do they need?
Just ask them and let them share.
And now,
Can you imagine giving it to them?
Perhaps holding them,
Giving them the love they needed?
If it's something else,
You could maybe imagine that you're doing it with them.
You can create and give them whatever it is that they need.
Your imagination is the limit.
So just allow yourself to do this with them right now.
And if you need support,
You're welcome to bring that in too.
Perhaps they might like a pink angel.
Or maybe it's something else that they liked at that age.
Perhaps a dragon or fairies.
Anything that they would like.
Just invite you to bring that in for them right now.
Filling it with as much love and light,
Holding and healing,
As you need.
And just fully breath this in,
Surrounding your inner child.
Giving them what they need.
And if it feels good,
Letting them know that you'll be back.
But for now,
Seeing if they're okay in this space with this love,
These beings perhaps,
Whatever it is that you brought in to hold them,
Love them and support them right now.
And just really acknowledging this part of you,
Thanking it for sharing,
Honoring them for the journey that they went on,
For being a part of you and who you are today.
Bringing in so much love and honoring you for the journey.
And now,
Just letting this part go,
Holding them in love always.
And beginning to feel yourself back in your body,
Aware of the room that you're in,
The air in your skin,
Being present in the moment.
And whenever you're ready,
Taking your time,
No rush at all,
Begin to bring in some gentle movement.
And when you're ready,
You can open your eyes and go on with your day.
