Find a place where you can sit or lie comfortably and you won't be disturbed,
And you feel safe to close your eyes or lower your gaze,
And just begin to breathe into your body.
Allowing your belly to relax and soften.
Feeling your hips supported.
Allowing your back to melt into the support.
Unclenching your jaw.
Relaxing your brow.
Breathing into any areas of tightness and just letting go.
Breathing,
Being present,
Connecting with your body.
And now we'll take the time to connect with each individual part,
Giving thanks and reminding you of this beautiful home of yours.
And so bringing your attention to your feet.
Simply noticing how they feel.
Allowing them to soften a little bit more.
Breathing into them,
Thanking them.
And perhaps asking,
Do your feet have any messages for you today?
And just allowing whatever wants to come through,
And if nothing does,
That's fine too.
And now bringing your attention to your lower legs,
Your calves,
Your shins.
Just noticing them,
Breathing into them,
Feeling them.
How does this part of your body feel today?
Allowing them to soften a bit more,
Thanking them.
And now bringing your attention to your knees.
Noticing them,
How they feel.
Perhaps bringing more breath into this part of your body.
Allowing it to soften.
Thanking them.
And now bringing your attention up to your upper legs,
Your thighs.
Breathing into this part of your beautiful body.
How do your thighs feel today?
Simply noticing.
Thanking them,
Honouring them for all that they do for you.
Now tuning into your hips.
Allowing them to soften and be held just a little bit more.
How do your hips feel today?
Just really noticing without judgement.
Giving thanks to your hips for all they do for you.
And now breathing into your belly,
Letting it soften.
Relaxing it,
How does it feel?
Perhaps gently placing one or both of your hands on it,
Caressing it,
Holding it.
Giving thanks to this beautiful part of your body.
And now bringing your attention to your back.
Noticing any feelings,
Any sensations.
Bringing your attention to the lower part.
Then the middle.
Then the upper back.
Allowing it to soften just a little bit more.
Just noticing how your back feels today.
Thanking it.
Perhaps asking your back if it has any messages for you.
And just allowing again what wants to come through.
Now bringing your attention to your arms.
Feeling them,
Noticing them.
Sending gratitude to your arms for all they do for you.
And now bringing your attention to your hands.
Noticing this part of your body.
How do your hands feel today?
Simply noticing.
Feeling them.
Thanking them for all they do for you.
And now bringing your attention to your shoulders and your chest.
Breathing into this part of your body.
Bringing your awareness to it.
Thanking it.
Softening it.
Allowing it to share any messages it might have with you today.
Now bringing your attention up to your head.
Noticing the back,
The sides,
The top.
Then moving onto your face,
Your forehead.
Cheeks,
Lips,
Nose,
Your brow.
Really noticing your head,
All parts.
Acknowledging it and thanking it for holding you.
And now bringing your attention to your heart space.
Really feeling it,
Observing it.
Being present with it.
How does your heart space feel today?
Feeling that love inside you.
The connection.
Your heart.
Just taking a moment to really acknowledge and give gratitude to this part of your body.
Perhaps placing your hands on your heart.
Noticing this part as your home,
Your connection.
And now from up above imagine a column of white light coming down into the crown of your head.
Down past your third eye and your throat.
Past your shoulders and into your heart.
Just gently breathe in that white light to your heart space.
Just noticing how it feels to do this.
And as you breathe it in,
Allow it to extend through every single vein in your body from your heart.
White light connecting to all parts of your body.
Keep breathing,
Expanding this light.
Letting it fill you up.
Letting it soften.
Soothe and hold you.
Just keep breathing in this white light,
Taking it to any part that needs it.
Allowing yourself to be drawn into it.
Connecting you to the divine.
Connecting you to everyone else.
Reminding you that this is home.
And as you do this,
I invite you to say out loud or in your head,
I am home.
I am home.
I am home.
And just allow yourself to really feel that,
To know that.
And then drawing this energy down,
Down your body,
Past your lower chakras,
Out the soles of your feet and into your earth star chakra,
A few inches beneath the ground.
Drawing this energy down,
Connecting it to Mother Earth.
Holding and grounding,
Anchoring you here on earth.
Reminding you that this is home,
Your body is home,
And earth is our mother,
Your mother.
Allow yourself to feel fully held,
Present and grounded on earth at this time.
And just deeply breathe that in.
And taking as long as you need,
Holding it there.
Then when you feel ready,
You can draw that energy back into your heart,
Or into any part of your body that needs it right now.
And just remember this truth,
This knowing,
This home,
They're for you at all times.
And when you're ready,
You can feel yourself back in your body,
Bringing in some gentle movement and stretching.
Feeling yourself back in the physical.
And then taking your time,
Very softly and gently,
Open your eyes and bring yourself back into the space that you're in.
