Welcome to today's 5 minute meditation with Phoebe Ganzwethi.
To begin,
Sit or lie down in a comfortable position,
Close your eyes and bring your awareness to your breath.
We're going to start by taking three deep inhalations and exhalations together.
Breathe in now for 1,
2,
3,
4,
5 and breathe out for 1,
2,
3,
4,
5 and breathe in for 1,
2,
3,
4,
5 and breathe out for 1,
2,
3,
4,
5 and breathe in for 1,
2,
3,
4,
5 and breathe out for 1,
2,
3,
4,
5 and now just come back to normal breathing.
And today our focus is to connect with our intuition.
I'd like you to imagine a small blue circle in the middle of your third eye chakra.
This is the space just between your eyebrows,
Up a little bit on your forehead.
Imagine a beautiful blue circle here and envision this blue circle extending out forward and as it extends out it expands.
This is your intuition channel.
This blue light is connecting you with the universe,
The cosmos,
Your spirit guides and most importantly your soul.
Spend some time defining this blue light.
Travel with your awareness from yourself and through it and have a look at where it expands to.
How does it feel as you move along this blue light?
Does it flow easily?
Does it flow smoothly?
Is it strong?
Spend some time defining this space and clarifying it to make it exactly how you want it to be.
The energy should be flowing with ease so that you can send and receive messages very simply.
Now we are going to talk through to our intuition to find a message that you need to know today.
Set your intention to speak to your soul or a spirit guide or an angel or perhaps a loved one who has passed and ask them what is your message and be open to receiving the answer.
Your intuition is always here to guide you through your life.
