Her work centers on creating meaningful spaces for reflection, connection, and personal growth—whether through one-to-one guidance, community projects, or guided contemplative experiences like this one. She brings a grounded and compassionate presence to her work, shaped by years of supporting others on paths of personal and collective healing. Recently, she completed a pilgrimage along ancient earth energy lines in England—an experience that deepened her connection to stillness, the natural world, and the quiet wisdom that exists beneath everyday noise. In this course, Liz invites listeners on a gentle journey of self-discovery and reflection.
