Meet your Teacher

Liz Scott is an author, community change-maker, and coach dedicated to helping older women reclaim their authentic voices and rise into their full expression. After hearing a speaker describe the radical power of choosing love over fear, Liz felt something ignite within her. She decided to begin her own experiment: for thirty days, she would intentionally return her awareness to love—moment by moment, no matter what arose. What unfolded surprised her. The practice became a quiet well of nourishment, and each day brought its own gentle teaching—unexpected signs, small synchronicities, and moments of clarity that softened and strengthened her in equal measure.
