This 37-minute slow yoga flow is an invitation to pause, honor your journey, and celebrate the baby steps that have carried you to where you are today. Inspired by Lammas (Lughnasadh) and the first harvest, this Witchy Wellness practice reminds us that nothing meaningful grows all at once. Before the harvest, there are seeds. There is tending, waiting, trying, learning, adjusting, and beginning again. Sometimes perfectionism keeps us so focused on where we think we should be that we forget to recognize how far we’ve already come. Through slow mindful movement, grounding, playful balance postures, and self-compassion, this practice encourages you to notice those smaller moments of growth. Every attempt counts. Every wobble teaches us something. Every baby step is part of the harvest.
