Welcome to your tantric meditation.
This meditation,
Believe it or not,
Is great to add to your everyday routine.
It's also great after an intense argument or before a time of deep intimacy.
For this meditation,
Make sure there are no distractions,
Find a cozy and neutral space,
And simply make sure you have ample space and time to be connected.
Go ahead and both of you find a comfortable seated position facing one another.
First let's ground down as individuals.
Go ahead and close your eyes and ground down within yourselves.
Just take a nice big deep inhale and sigh out.
Two more times inhaling and exhale.
Last time here,
Breathing in and exhale.
Notice your breath without judgment or criticism and release thoughts,
Worries,
Or cares.
Release any tensions and just take a moment to be present with your breath.
Go ahead and take a moment to simply and gently float your eyes open and gaze at one another.
And if you giggle or you find yourself immediately connected,
Whatever it is,
Don't judge it.
Just be one with the art of gazing into each other's eyes.
Notice your lover's eyes like you have seen them for the very first time.
Blink naturally and just allow yourself to continue to explore the depth of their eyes.
Inhaling in and sighing out.
Continue to eye gaze for a few more moments.
When you are ready and you feel comfortable,
You can break the gaze.
Now both of you go ahead and gently take your partner's hand and place it on a comfortable space on your chest.
Once your hands are on each other's chest,
Begin to tune into your partner's breathing.
Notice is it deep,
Is it shallow?
Can you breathe together as one or match each other's breathing?
Is it challenging to breathe together as one?
Do your best to slowly work to inhale both at the same time and exhale both at the same time.
And maybe if you're not already doing so,
You can continue to eye gaze at one another and breathe nice and easy at the same time.
As you continue to breathe and gaze at each other,
Repeat these words at the same time.
I love you.
I am sorry.
Thank you.
I am grateful for you.
You are a gift in my life.
You are loved.
I accept you as you are.
You are perfect to me.
You are safe with me.
You are more than enough.
I am so attracted to you.
I am in love with you.
Breathe in together and sigh out.
Continue to stare into one another's eyes and recognize that this is a time that you too will not ever get back,
But it is something you will always have and you can always choose to create more of.
Go ahead and slowly embrace your partner in any way that feels good.
It could be a hug,
A kiss,
Whatever comes naturally.
And when you are ready,
Slowly break away.
From here,
Go ahead and pause the meditation to share with each other what do you love most about being each other's partner.
You can go one at a time and also share what you love most about your partner.
Also when you have finished,
You can unpause the meditation,
But go ahead and pause and share that with one another.
Welcome back.
To end this meditation,
Go ahead and set an intention for yourself as an individual,
But also an intention that will benefit you as well as your partner.
And maybe it's to be less critical or listen more.
Maybe it's to create more intimate moments.
Go ahead,
Stare into your partner's eyes and without saying a word,
Set the intention.
You can seal this meditation with a promise,
A kiss.
Just be sure to share your honest experience about this meditation now that it is done.
Share how it made you feel.
What words and phrases within the affirmations really resonated with you.
Thank you for taking time and trusting me enough to meditate with me.
I hope this becomes a part of your everyday routine or something you can come back to in times of obstacles you may face together or in times of just craving deep intimacy.
Namaste,
My friends.
