Meditation Timer OnlineHayley is a dedicated yoga and meditation practitioner as well as a registered yoga and meditation facilitator. Hayley completed her 200-hr yoga and meditation teacher training with Anuttara Ashram in October of 2022 and has also completed training in Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga. Hayley's meditation practices focus on using thoughts, emotions, and sensations in the body as tools to cultivate awareness. Instead of trying to empty the mind and stop the natural flow of thoughts, Hayley guides practitioners in a way that encourages them to recognize themselves as the vast, still, open space from which all experience arises and disappears. Specializing in practices of deep rest and relaxation, Hayley intends to share the value of giving our bodies and minds space and time to self-regulate and return to a place of natural balance and equanimity.
