Lise Amaniou

Lise teaches yoga and meditation. She has her heart set on shifting the paradigm of these practices. Instead of reducing them to well-being techniques, she explores the aliveness and radicalness of their philosophy. She's also attentive to the ways in which the practice can allow us to better consider both our existence and the great challenges of our society.

Thank you. 🙏 I enjoy getting back in my body. Being present is being in my body… that simple. The one behind my eyes. Do nothing. Trying to succeed eliminates failure- that statement for me/we felt freeing.

Lise, what a profound meditation. You are spot on. It’s always the mind that causes distress with me. My body is always in rhythm but the mind can pull me out of that. Working on improving this and framing my day from the start with positivity and peace. Blessings 🙏🏻
