Welcome to these affirmations for panic attacks and to regain calmness.

First,

Breathe.

Just begin to focus on your breathing.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Listen to these affirmations.

I repeat them twice.

You can listen to the first one,

Repeat the next one with me,

And there will be space then to repeat them either mentally or out loud to yourself.

Use these affirmations on the verge of having a panic attack or just after,

Or simply just to let go of stress and stay calm.

thank you so much for this meditation. I woke up having a massive panic attack last night it was searching for just the right meditation to listen to. I needed something with more than just deep breathing, that I could listen to these affirmations really helped calm me down. Making myself speak out loud to myself and to my body and hearing my own voice say each affirmation really helps me learn how bring ease and calm to my sensations. I find I’ll talk myself thru panic moments that want to arise more often.
