thank you so much for this meditation. I woke up having a massive panic attack last night it was searching for just the right meditation to listen to. Making myself speak out loud to myself and to my body and hearing my own voice say each affirmation really helps me learn how bring ease and calm to my sensations. I find I’ll talk myself thru panic moments that want to arise more often.
