Welcome.

Please do not listen to this while driving or operating heavy machinery.

It's okay to drift off to sleep while listening.

So don't worry if you don't hear everything I say.

It's natural to flow in and out of conscious listening while you're drifting off into a peaceful sleep.

So here we are.

Welcome to this journey towards freedom and flow.

You are here to simply listen and let yourself effortlessly move towards your goals while you rest and relax.

The deepest part of you,

Your core self,

Is always listening.

Whatever you experience today,

This practice will still work.

So there's no way to do this wrong.

And it's just so healthy to rest and relax.

And it's safe to let go now.

So just settle in and exhale completely.

Just let it go.

Now visualize a cozy resting spot,

Maybe a clean,

White,

Fluffy bed,

A hammock outside,

Or maybe being nestled by a toasty fireplace.

Imagine your cozy spot.

And whatever you imagine is just fine.

Noticing what does this cozy spot smell like?

What sounds do you hear?

What colors and textures do you see as you start to rest in this cozy,

Cozy spot?

Just imagining yourself peaceful and resting in this cozy,

Cozy spot.

Just resting peacefully in this cozy,

Comfortable spot,

Taking another deep and complete exhale.

Just letting it go.

Now thinking about a goal that's important to you,

Something that's important,

Something you'd like to call into your life.

The more specific,

The better.

Let yourself be surprised by what comes up for you.

It only matters that this goal is important to you.

Picture yourself achieving this goal with a huge smile on your face,

Looking joyful and happy that you got what you wanted,

Feeling free and lighthearted as you successfully navigated your way through.

Just imagining yourself having completed that goal,

Enjoying your success.

And we'll supercharge this goal with feelings of success from your past.

Just recalling a time where you were successful.

You made a goal and then reached it.

This could be as simple as learning to tie your shoes when you were little,

Learning to ride a bike,

Anything that brings up a pure and joyful feeling of success,

Of yes,

Yes,

You did it.

Bring that to mind and let that feeling of success wash over you.

Now picture yourself again,

Achieving the goal that you're reaching out for right now.

Picture yourself out in the future having what you want and feeling that sense of success you felt previously,

Infusing that image of you having what you want having achieved your goal while feeling successful.

You did it.

And just noticing all the details.

How do you feel?

What do you see around you?

What do you hear people saying around you?

Things like,

That's incredible.

I'm so proud of you.

I'm so impressed.

What an incredible transformation.

Hats off to you.

Thank you.

And now imagine what else will be happening in your environment when you've achieved this goal.

What time of year is it?

What seasonal items or decor will be around?

Imagine looking at the future date when you have achieved your goal,

Looking at a date in a calendar or on a device.

Notice the things happening around you while you have achieved this goal.

Visualize this completely.

And if this vision is appearing far from you out in the future,

Just bring it in a little closer.

Imagine you can lasso the image of you achieving your goal and bring it in closer to you.

Closer still until it's right in front of you and then bring it in so it becomes a part of you.

Imagine breathing in from that image of you achieving this goal.

Breathing through the lungs of the person who has achieved the goal.

Seeing through the eyes of the person who has achieved your goal.

Feeling the satisfaction throughout the body of the person who has achieved the goal.

Hearing those around you speaking to the person who's achieved the goal,

That's incredible.

I'm so proud of you.

I'm so impressed.

What an incredible transformation.

Let that soak in as you experience being that person who has achieved your goal.

Let yourself relish in that feeling of success.

Feeling your body from the inside out and noticing the peaceful sensations in the body.

As you start to imagine breathing in light from all around you.

Breathing in light from 360 degrees around you.

Bringing in this sense of light and openness into your body and bringing your goal to mind again.

Imagine yourself five years from now.

Look up and to the right in your mind's eye and see yourself five years from now coming home at the end of the day.

This goal has been achieved like so many others.

Life is good.

You're enjoying your life.

You express your creativity daily.

You're connected to a community around you.

You feel strong and vibrant.

Notice whatever details come to mind as you are in your residence five years from now.

Seeing the images and smells or maybe just get a feeling or an intuition of how things are.

Entering through the front door of your residence if you haven't already and just noticing who's there to greet you.

Do you have a loved one or a favorite pet that comes to meet you at the door?

Or do you hear the pitter patter of little feet?

Be there now and see who is with you.

Next,

Look around inside of your house and notice what do you most love about this home.

See yourself sitting down to a meal,

Noticing who are you with?

How are you unwinding at the end of the day?

How are you enjoying some quiet time to yourself?

And just reflecting back on your day,

Noticing that day five years in the future what did you do?

What kinds of people do you spend your time with?

What communities are you involved in?

Do you help solve problems that make the world a better place?

Having this ideal situation,

Noticing how wonderful you feel at the end of the day.

Now it's time for bed.

See yourself going to bed completely relaxed,

Completely satisfied with your day.

You've spent the day exactly how you wanted to and you feel very good about it.

You can rest and relax.

You can rest and relax.

You fall asleep with ease knowing you'll wake up in the morning feeling excited and refreshed,

Ready to greet the world with wonder and joy.

Just around the corner is the start of a new day,

A life you love and the life that loves you.

You know you'll wake up with a smile on your face and start to plan your day from a place of connection,

Compassion,

And love.

Let yourself drift away into restfulness.

Your work here is done.

You can rest and relax.
