By changing negative thoughts, doing an "energy reset" meditation and giving yourself permission, you'll find new ways to get curious, let go of limiting beliefs, regain energy, and move forward.

Giving Yourself Grace

By doing a forgiveness practice, you'll find new ways to offer yourself some grace, which will in turn help you tap into your creativity and get unstuck.

Lesson 5

Getting Curious

Through the eye opening exercise of turning your stuck feeling into a character and interviewing it, you'll learn why you feel stuck and how to start to let go of that feeling.

Lesson 6

Turning The Power Off

You'll learn to approach feeling stuck with further self-compassion and understanding and using a visualization to "turn the power off," you'll feel lighter and more open.

Speaking the Unspoken

You'll learn about the connection between vulnerability and shame and how attempting to avoid these uncomfortable emotions can keep you stuck and what to do about it.

Processing Shame & Vulnerability

Through a powerful practice, you'll discover how to handle these uncomfortable emotions, feel more compassion for yourself, and move forward with confidence.

Fabulous class. Learned about myself in how I was stuck, numerous strategies to becoming unstuck, and have been getting in the flow with action with true hope of becoming unstuck. A lot of your instruction stuck with me: two lessons come to mind the most. The content on vulnerability and shame was heavy, but it was essential to understand for me to feel free to move forward and love myself again. The final lesson was a brilliant closure to inspire me to continue in my momentum of becoming free: loved words of “whispers and knocks”, “live in the mystery”, and “having fun with signs and winks”! Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge, calm and caring, engaging teaching style, and power to inspire change and good in people and the world.
