Do you have a dream or big goal that you might be putting off?
Perhaps afraid to start?
One way to start is by believing you can actually achieve it.
Today's meditation is going to help you do just that.
So let's get comfortable in our seat.
Slow deep breath in through your nose,
Out through your mouth.
Another slow deep breath in through your nose.
Next inhale,
Elongate your spine.
Lift up that crown to the sky.
On the exhale,
Ground yourself into your chair or the ground or wherever you're sitting.
Feel rooted there.
Continue to breathe and notice if there's any kinks or tweaks,
Anything in your body that might feel uncomfortable.
Breathe into that.
Make any adjustments you need.
Deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Now continue to breathe naturally.
Just notice the air going in through your nose,
How it travels down your lungs,
Fills up your belly.
Continue to follow your breath through your nose.
Just get comfortable with your breath.
Breathe in,
Let it flow naturally.
Begin to call to mind one of your biggest dreams,
Biggest goals in your life.
What does it look like?
Does it feel like?
Really cultivate what that dream is.
What do you really want?
What are the small details of the goal?
Little things that make up that dream.
Now as you have that goal really present in your mind right now,
Ask yourself,
What's holding me back?
What's really holding you back from achieving it?
Is it timing or it might be that's coming up?
And start to see yourself living,
Releasing the hesitation,
Releasing that fear of trying,
Releasing doubt.
Brace possibility that this could actually happen.
You don't have to know every step of the way.
You just need to know that this dream be a reality.
Think about how far you've come in your life right now.
Take a moment to reflect on some of your past accomplishments.
They could be small wins.
You've already made great strides in your life.
Not this.
Allow yourself to let yourself to believe in this dream.
Allow yourself to take a chance.
It's okay.
It's okay to believe in yourself.
The most miraculous things that have occurred in this world started with one thought.
Now is your time to go out there,
Believe that you can,
And start to do.
Deep breath in.
Next inhale,
Smile as you take an exhale out fully.
Slowly start to bring yourself back.
Hands together.
And when you're ready,
Open your eyes.
And I can't wait to hear about all that you've dreamed and how you are going out there and making it a reality.
