Before the world rushes in,

Take a moment to just be.
This is your time,

Take a deep breath in,
Slowly filling your lungs with fresh energy.
Just hold it at the top for a moment.

Exhale fully,
Releasing anything from yesterday that does not belong in today.

Close your eyes.

Inhale deeply,
Breathing in calm,
Breathing in presence,

Hold for just a moment.
And now exhale,
Letting go of tension,
Letting go of stress,
Letting go of anything that's not yours to carry.
Take a moment to just breathe in and out here.
Not letting what's to come in the day affect you,

It's just you and your breath.
Breathe in here one more time,
Inhaling deeply,
Feeling the breath move through you like morning sunlight,
Warming every part of your body.
And exhale,
Settling deeper into this moment,
Deeper into yourself.
Now,
Begin to visualize your day unfolding before you.
See yourself moving through this day with confidence and clarity.
Moving through this day with ease.
Each step guided by calm,
Every action filled with purpose.
You're not rushing.
You're not behind.
You're exactly where you need to be.
As you see yourself going through this day,
Imagine waking up with fresh energy,
Your mind clear,
Your heart open.
When challenges arise,
