Today let's bring on some good feeling energy.
Find yourself in a comfortable position,
Laying down,
Laying down,
Whatever feels right to you.
Take a deep breath in,
Close your eyes.
As you breathe,
Feel your spine becoming longer,
The ground of your head reaching up toward the sky,
Feel your sit bones grounding to the floor,
Simply become aware of this space.
Continue to breathe naturally,
Noticing your breath,
Notice how it rise and fall.
Next inhale,
Feel the flow of the breath all the way through your nose,
Into your chest,
Flowing to your belly,
All the way to the end.
Exhale,
Into the air,
A couple times on your own.
Just notice how the breath moves through your body following the inhale,
Exhale.
I want you to visualize,
And as you continue to breathe,
Try to reduce that small,
So with each breath it becomes smaller and smaller,
Until eventually that breath moves seamlessly from inhale,
Exhale,
Exhale,
And the circle completely smooth,
Continuously flowing,
And the circle you're smoothing out the hitches and the breaks in your breath.
This is how you can flow throughout your day,
To smooth out,
So it's floating above your head,
Begin to move it down your body,
Starting at the top of your head,
As it travels slowly,
As the light warming your body,
Cleansing it from any worry,
Your shoulders,
Any doubt or pressure,
Continues down your chest,
Easing any pressure,
Force anything,
Just it descends over your hips,
Side,
Feel light as you are in,
Move through your day,
Comforted in this feeling,
Nose,
This is how you're feeling now,
Take this feeling with you throughout your day,
Continue to feel that warmth around you,
That you have the power within you to smooth any hitches that come your way.
Take a deep breath in,
Exhale out,
Now start to slowly bring yourself back to the room,
Your fingers and your toes,
Rub your palms together,
Loosen your shoulders.
