Welcome to this guided sleep meditation called Unicorn's Love,
Curiosity,
Mindfulness,
Magic.
Let's begin.
Please prepare your pillow.
Squeeze it tight.
Make a fluffy,
Dreamy pillow.
Jump into bed and rest your head into the dreamy pillow.
Closing one eye for unicorns,
Your magic unicorn.
Closing the next eye for dreams of curiosity to begin.
Let the eyes inside run free,
Like a unicorn.
Maybe up and down,
Or round and round,
Or side to side.
Also tense all the body muscles tight,
Squeezing every big and small muscle.
And then let go of everything.
Stop and settle now.
Get very comfortable.
Put a smile into the body that makes you smile on the outside.
Smiles are powerful.
Prepare your bedroom for the unicorns,
Your magic unicorn.
Every wall changes to white.
The ceiling,
The floor,
Turns white too.
The whole bed is turning white.
Breathe into your magical unicorn bright bedroom.
Think unicorn.
And it's time to give your unicorn a name too.
So let a name you love pop in your head in the next 10 seconds now.
Imagine you are sitting up,
Simply because a huge unicorn has just ever so gently pushed open the bedroom door.
And traps in to look at you.
This unicorn fills your bedroom completely.
Because it glows so bright,
Full of white magic,
Like the moon I guess.
He stares lovingly into your eyes and your heart.
And is making a loving bond with you to last forever.
Feel your heart open and in love with this unicorn.
For as you do,
The unicorn will bow and lower itself.
Ready for you to mount and go on a fun journey together.
It's time to begin to see yourself happily sitting upon the unicorn.
Placing a huge hug around its neck with a kiss.
Now you are both ready as the bedroom disappears into whiteness.
A wide open space so bright made of starlight.
And of flying up and up and up.
The journey begins fast and free at last.
A long journey,
A big adventure together.
Looking and searching for happiness.
The fun of curious about everything around us.
And curious about everything above us and below us.
The unicorn wants to play a magical game.
And take it in turns to do so.
So the unicorn shows you a green sky with lots of gold balloons in it.
For it's just made it up with magic.
Stare deep and wide into this never ending green sky.
Watch those golden balloons.
Lots and lots of golden shining balloons.
Now your turn.
How about show something very round you can eat.
How about a fresh red tomato.
Yes this red soft round thing.
Little seeds inside.
Watery red.
A perfect round red ball.
The unicorn gives it a good sniff,
Smiling and licks his lips.
You will have to be careful though how you eat it.
For it can squirt you in the face if you bite into it quick.
Then the unicorn shows you a yellow talking flower.
Whose green leaves move like hands and sings a very silly song.
But is so relaxing to hear.
Now your turn again.
How about a bicycle.
Now a bicycle can't go anywhere until you jump on it.
The wheels won't go round unless you pedal with your feet.
The seat made just for one of course.
It goes fast or slow depending on you.
Plus you could fall off.
You better explain about practising does help.
But let's do one more then please continue to exchange different things to show.
So the unicorn shows you a large tall tree.
Tall trees attract many visitors looking for shelter.
This one comes with a secret door where a large family of fairies live inside.
So cosy,
Warm and dry in here.
All through winter of course.
And with fairy wings they can fly up and down any tall tree.
You then show the unicorn ten colouring pencils.
And a large piece of white paper ready to draw on.
The unicorn waits to see what you can do with them.
So I guess I shall let you both continue this fun game.
Show your unicorn what you can do with the colouring pencils and paper.
