Welcome to this guided sleep meditation called the Unicorn Game.

One for you,

One for me.

Let's begin.

Make your pillow nice and fluffy.

Squeeze with all your muscles.

Then get very comfortable into bed.

And then be very still.

Close one eye for the unicorn.

Close the next eye for you.

Let the eyes inside go down.

Having a little rest as you listen.

We know real unicorns are pure white.

So breathe into this amazing colour of pure white.

Now as you relax,

The unicorn appears.

But before he begins,

He has a good stretch before the adventure game and opens his white flying wings wide.

Maybe you can open your arms wide.

Stretch your little wings too.

Now he shakes his pure white shiny mane to keep things flowing when moving.

Maybe later you can shake your hair too.

Lastly he kicks his long white legs back.

And your legs might like a good kick back later as well.

He puts his thinking cap on for an adventure with you.

Do you have one as well?

Then the unicorn stops and tosses it off and puts his magical imagination crown on instead.

Plus so does his heart.

Yes a magical imagination crown is so much stronger,

Happier and fun.

He leans over you from his great height and begins to pour magic white light all around and all around your bed.

Please stay still 10 seconds please.

And time to begin an adventure game for two.

The two of you exploring the magic of summer.

You will need a summer basket to hold lots of lovely things.

Can you imagine one please?

Have five seconds as the unicorn waits.

Now tie your basket onto the unicorn and jump up.

Sit tall looking straight ahead.

Whisper your name in his ear.

Then it's time for a flying walk over this summer adventure.

Lift one hand and feel the sun rays upon it.

All shiny and white like your unicorn.

And now for the game of one for you one for me.

Yes time to look for summer fruits but see the magic they really hold.

Now the unicorn has a great nose for smelling really lovely things and so he smells summer strawberries that grow in the wild.

Look close strawberries like red love hearts.

So jump down and put in the basket one for you one for me.

Leave plenty for there are many little birds and animals that like them too.

And back to fly riding.

Jump up looking straight ahead.

Now he sniffs again for the sweetness of blackberries.

Look close he says.

Blackberries like super tiny tiny balloons all string together.

And time to pick two big blackberries that are ripe.

So jump down again and put one for you and one for me into the basket.

Then back to fly riding in search of more summer fruits would be good.

And so he sniffs the sweet cherry tree.

Deep red cherries the shape of a ball.

Look very carefully but get ready to pick two as you fly by the cherry tree and into the basket please.

Now there is something else that is good about summer and that is to find some tall super tall summer flowers.

And so he thinks of the color yellow and then he finds the sunflower.

They're big summer faces that love the sun of course.

So down you go pick one for you and one for me.

Put them in the basket please.

Then back on your ride and fly to a field of lavender.

A big purple field indeed.

As he scoops down low be quick to pick one for you and one for me.

Yes the purple lavender has a magical smell.

It can make you sleepy.

Now for the holly ox.

A flower that is like a floppy flower upon a flower.

Like a balancing act.

This will be the last one to get.

And so he smells to remember what they smell like.

But they are not really known for their smell.

They are known for their beauty.

And as he gets a little excited they are known for their magic too.

They have a very special description.

This very tall flower.

In fact they carry a lot of history when way back were very superstitious and relied on earthly magic.

So pick two as we now land in front of them.

Choose red,

Orange,

Pink or blue.

And here's what they used to do.

Holly ox offer magical protection.

And blessings to new parents wanting to start a family.

They are also linked to love.

They are believed to ward off evil spirits.

And promote emotional healing.

And attract lots of abundance.

Holly ox are also linked to the earth element and even planet venus.

Making a connection to beauty and prosperity.

Placing nicely into the basket.

For a final super duper surprise.

Listen closely.

We're off to London.

And as you set off a large shiny crow catches his eye.

Yes,

He says.

To get quickly to London.

We shall go as the crow flies.

Meaning straight as an arrow.

No left,

No right.

Just from A to B.

We're going to a special bakery.

That some of the royal family love too.

So relax 10 seconds and feel fabulous about this surprise.

Finally the bakery shop in London.

Where little cakes are served in a cute single box.

One for you and one for me if you please.

We want our summer fruits to decorate the cakes too.

But first I shall bless the pretty bakery shop of London with my unicorn light.

The baker works hard.

Always looking for perfection.

Such pretty colors.

Sweet delicate flavors.

And for a moment the baker rises a few feet off the ground.

As the unicorn light floods all around.

Everything is lit up.

Colors go up a notch.

Magically bright.

And with a smile the baker puts two little cakes into their own little square white box.

So put them in the basket if you please.

Next to the flowers for you and me.

Time,

Time to take them home.

For sleepy bedtime awakes.

Flying fast.

And then a little faster.

Before the sun pops out early on a summer morning.

And yawning and yawning.

Into your bed now with your cake box.

And you'll put your flowers in your bedroom window.

Ready for the sun to rise again.

So under your bed with your little box.

Enjoy the surprise as I whisper.

Good night and sweet dreams.
