The room you are in turning into whiteness.
A blank canvas,

Ceiling and floor energy white.

Already connecting to your energies.
Please let the eyes inside go upwards,
As if now focusing a direction to the mind,

Time for adjusting yourself into clearing your thoughts,

In a way,
If I presented to you time in the form of a large clock,
And the hands of time included the third hand of watching the movement of seconds,
Although the other two hands are steady to move,
The second hand is constantly going forwards.
So here we see the message of time,
Of new things arising.
Anything can happen that is new.
Let the eyes be centred.
Breathe into yourself as focused energy.

Covering the physical body.
Let every muscle receive the highest of self-care,
Untangling any tight areas,
Letting heaviness be removed for your highest of good,
Filling the body with bright new healing energy,
Letting go and trust this angel of clarity and newness.
It's time to give thanks to the body and receive these wonderful new energies.
Breathing in,
Let the power of your breath from the deep centre of your heart spread and travel around the body,
New lightness,
New oxygen that pushes out the old things of stagnation.
The more you relax this body,
The easier it is to receive angelic healing.
Let go of the body and rise into angel light focused energy as it continues to do so.
Now bring your focus to the crown,
The head,
Eyes inside looking upwards,
And time to connect to this prize crown chakra.
Remember all chakras love to spin with your life force energy,
So focus and will and command your crown chakra to spin faster.
Spinning and opening,
Time for the universal love and light to connect to your crown.
This angel of clarity and newness guides this white light into it.
Let it stay in your head area and fill up with white focused energy in the mind.
Breathe into white and exhale white focused energy.
All clarity begins with your mind being free to flow forwards positively.
And time to activate the crown chakra with the beautiful colour violent,
The pouring now of the colour energy violent mixed into whiteness.

This angelic energy that is there to lift you and inspire you,
Connecting you to source.
This higher spinning chakra connects to the awareness that you are a soul in a human body,
A loving divine connection.
The element of ether is here for you,
Space.
We create space for all things,
To move in and out and around,
Flowing forwards.
All thoughts belong to the element ether,
Connected to the mind and the awareness of thoughts.
Breathe into the shades of violet and white.
See the head becoming fuller and bigger,
Full of violet colour,
Becoming stronger,
In a sense standing in your divine power of newness and clarity.
Time for old energy to be released here,
For the higher vibration moves lower vibrations out.
Say goodbye to old decisions,
To old habits,
To old stagnation and be connected to your higher self.

That unity of clarity in all decisions that keeps life wonderful,
