Welcome to this sleep meditation called the snow people.

Let's begin.

Please jump onto your bed and squeeze your pillow tight for great dreams.

Then settle into bed.

Get comfortable.

Closing one eye for dream time.

Closing the next eye for snow.

Let the eyes inside go round and round like a round snowball.

Let your hands squeeze tight thinking hands make great snowballs.

Relax your eyes now.

Please keep warm and comfortable.

Now for snow people.

Understand that snow clothes are a mess and had to think like a snow animal too.

Fur coats that were sewn into one piece.

The modern type would be a onesie.

How would you feel looking like a furry animal?

Would it make you sharper,

Stronger and fitter?

Attune to the elements around you.

Your appetite and food is vital for survival when you live and stay in the snow.

There is no time for a quick snack but long enduring protein foods are a must.

What if and is also true no shops in the snow people land.

So you make everything.

You make everything with your hands,

Your eyes,

Your creative mind.

Watching animals and birds,

Looking for fish and learning the way of the earth.

And what if no cars,

So snow dogs pull and travel with you.

Then for fun,

Well there is no television but a gathering of storytelling and looking up at aurora lights for fun.

It's time to travel and to do this with a snow dragon.

Think snow,

Think dragon.

Let everything go snow white around you.

Listen for a sweet beat of this huge powerful dragon heart and a long snowy white body that curls all around you as he offers his powerful divine love and protection to you.

It's time to bond to your dragon friend that loves the heart and joy of children.

Stay still and bond 10 seconds now.

Stroke his head and look deep into his crystal eyes and tell the snow dragon your name now.

Now rise and get mounted.

Climb and climb onto his dragon back.

Get fully seated.

Then wish up and out and fly off you fly.

Fly all the way to see the real snow people in the far away land of the far northern part of the arctic.

They are having a feast this evening under the snow moon and their music is only their voices and their homemade drums.

Lots of drums.

Children will sing the high notes.

Elders sing the deep notes and the very old prefer not to sing but whistle like a bird and clap their hands to the starry singing songs.

You and your dragon will be welcome because a snow dragon is such a special visitor bringing lots of blessings and joy for the new year ahead.

The fire that is there seems so bright because there are no electric lights anywhere.

But remember the stars shine bright above.

You will see more stars than you can imagine.

The females snow people paint their faces and the children love to do the same on a snow moon night.

And when you've all had your fun the snow dragon friend will take you for a long snow ride in the sky and look down onto it all and look up to it all as well.

I think you can enjoy everything right now and remember dream big.
