Breathe lovingly into the magnificence of the Sun itself.
Summer Solstice is sometimes called Midsummer and has always been celebrated for centuries all over Mother Earth.
We shall learn a little about this later in this meditation.
To power up with Summer Solstice energy.
It is special because it brings in higher healing energy through the Sun itself.
It is the longest day of the whole year.
Breathing now into your longest breath.
Feel the release of your mighty breath.
For it belongs to the longest day of daylight.
Each of us often experience some days just seem very long.
But how we fill it with all that energy.
This solstice is a universal symbol of light.
A symbol of growth,
Abundant harvest,
Giving life to all living things.
So first it's all about light.
Think of your morning eyes opening up touched by the rays of light.
This perfect round ball of Sun fire.
The gift with this is to see clearly the day ahead.
Nothing can hide in its light.
Even the greatness of detail.
Seeing more and more of life.
And the gift of singing on Earth.
The sheer excitement the air is full of loud birdsongs.
Birds early to rise.
They are fully alive rejoicing in the amazing hours of long sunlight.
They too will be bringing up a new generation.
Is it possible they are proud parents feeding their young in the miracle of life itself.
The morning Sun and its warmth blessing us that no one shall be cold today.
The long hours of sunlight how it enters your home.
Every window lighting up every room.
The table you eat and work from.
The house pets eager to be out into the sunny days.
Sunshine.
A time for holidays we must remember to have fun and to follow its light in the great outdoors.
And the celebration of a golden orange sunset.
Making good memories.
We notice the plant life is in full bloom.
A new generation of the nature and also the animal kingdom arrives.
The abundance of color and flowers and fragrance touching our senses.
The abundance of food natural and ready for harvest.
And summer nights being with loved ones.
Soak up the tonic of vitamin D on the skin.
Bless the sunshine and harness its energy.
Even perhaps put your favorite crystals in it.
Our extra active minds and body filling these long summer days with the timing of the Sun.
Let's bring it now into the body on a cellular level.
Please open your heart.
Pour in its golden orange light.
And breathe into golden orange energy.
Feel the great comfort and joy lighting up inside your heart now.
Bless the physical heart.
Flowing light in your veins.
A force and flow of this beautiful golden light.
Maybe there is a need to wash away any sadness.
Wash away any stagnation.
As we all grow forwards.
Your body your temple.
And we all need to let the light into this temple.
The physical from head the crown.
To your feet your roots.
Let's imagine a little deeper that you are a standing temple.
Your foundation your energy roots.
The structure the body made of 206 bones within it.
And everything else it's shape and color.
And the summer solstice has arrived.
And this day is so special.
For you are bathed and blessed in sunlight at its highest and strongest.
Not a single shadow is left inside your temple.
You are 100% shining yourself.
Feel lit up and breathe into its light.
And in this light we accept all that you see in yourself.
That great journey in life.
Your own wisdom you have collected.
And the urge to keep climbing higher in life.
For abundance is really on every level.
A conscious level,
An emotional level and the comfort of the physical.
The sun also touches all who walk on earth.
All of us creating oneness.
In our moments of deep peace we remember we are all good at something.
Gifted at something.
And we all serve one another.
And this makes the world go around.
But ultimately to do this in harmony.
Breathe deeply into harmony.
Breathing out into oneness.
A sunny positive smiling energy of being proactive,
Creative and forward.
Looking back on all our work and smile at the million things you've accomplished.
There is also the offering of great power around the summer solstice.
I wish to remind you as I do myself.
The awakening of the golden age that is happening.
Coming out of the hardship of the old 3D drama world.
But to move into the fifth vibration of better living and soul satisfaction.
The summer solstice will take us higher.
Offering doors opening and opportunities.
A time for optimism.
And to go for the doors and grasp those opportunities.
Those who do will soar.
So it is a time,
So it is a time to plan.
Summer solstice will also bring the sun sending higher frequency light codes.
The codes of responsibility and justice.
That will trigger a higher sense of oneness.
This will bring about a fairer system in this man made world.
So let's now power up and look what we can do to soak up the magnetic sun energy of the summer solstice with celebrations.
Enter fun ways to celebrate and power up yourself with blessings.
So everywhere in this world are many celebrations.
In the UK for example it is popular to go to Stonehenge.
There have been many theories why the prehistoric monument was built.
But the most generally accepted is that Stonehenge was a temple aligned with the movement of the sun.
Thousands of people will gather for the summer solstice.
Let's remind ourselves positive activities we all can do to immerse in the summer solstice.
First is to give thanks to the solstice light as you watch it begin and end.
Many people celebrate it by simply observing.
Looking up at this exact time for sunrise and sunset in your area.
Perhaps go to a public park and get a really clear view.
Second is sunbathing.
Helping you to relax and draw energy from the solstice sunshine.
Closing your eyes to feel the sun on your skin and visualise pulling the energy from the sunlight into your body.
Third is to be outside with meditation and yoga.
Try the sun salutation and the tree pose and to sit quietly too.
Fourth is to use your senses and to go swimming and bathing.
Taking in the sights,
Smells and sounds and touch and relax in water.
Fifth is the flower crown that is a traditional symbol in European celebrations.
Collecting flowers from your garden or from a shop.
Selecting flowers with thin stems and fragrant blossoms.
And making a crown of flowers to wear.
And sixth is to honour the day and decorate your home with a sun catcher.
This involves clear glue and coloured gems placed in a plastic lid with another layer of clear glue on top.
Allow it to set then once dry remove your new sun catcher,
Add a ribbon and hang it up.
And enjoy the rainbow colours in your home.
And seventh is to do a table.
Arrange candles,
Flowers,
Seasonal fruits and crystals.
Keeping with the theme of summer solstice with shades of orange,
Yellow,
Gold and white.
And crystals such as citron and chameleon.
And eighth is to use herbs to decorate your home.
And eighth is to use herbs in the summer solstice rituals that bring healing and success.
In Celtic tradition herbs like Saint John Watt,
Yarrow,
Fern and Mogwatt are all sacred.
Other herbs include lavender,
Heather and fennel.
One way to use herbs is to make sweet smelling incense.
Or perhaps create a lucky charm bag.
Placing herbs in a small bag,
Tie it up and wear the herbs as a protective amulet.
Or just store the bag of herbs in a purse or bag and carry it as your good luck charm.
And ninth,
A great way to carry out the celebration of growth and harvest is to start a garden.
Or to plant new flowers and herbs to existing ones.
And tenth,
Also connect with nature using games and activities outdoors.
This allows you to embrace your childlike wonder and play like a child in nature.
You could also have a wonderful party outdoors.
And finally,
Back to the timing of summer solstice.
It is not based on a calendar date or time.
It all depends when the sun reaches its northernmost point from the celestial equator.
And receives the most energy,
The highest intensity.
From the sun due to the angle of sunlight and day length.
Therefore it shifts between the 20th,
The 21st and 22nd of June.
And so enjoy the magic and blessings it brings.
