So the world carries on and after a break so can you.
Relax your brain,
It is an amazing instrument.
Relax deeply your mind,
That is even more powerful.
The whole body can rejuvenate and also get rid of anything dull.
Let it happen,
Dropping heavily to the floor and earth energetically recycles it.
She is a master at this.
A creator of paradise and knows when something is ready to leave.
Being vibrant,
Flowing and being authentic and a fine balance.
So as you rest,
Just know it is working its magic for you.
As you come back to work and play,
These two positive things issue.
