Welcome to this guided meditation called Looking After Me.

Let's begin.

Please get comfortable,

Seated or lay down if you wish.

Let your eyes stop and stare as you breathe into me time.

Relax and empty your mind also.

10 seconds now,

Thank you.

Closing the eyes,

Looking after me brings in lots of personal support and it's time to be touched by an angel.

Breathe into this.

The universe is your playground to nourishing your soul.

Breathe into this too.

Aware your mind and heart always needs a happy balance.

Now let one hand drift onto your heart and the next hand to rise and rest on your forehead.

Time to talk now to an angel.

Any worries,

Obstacles or simply direction.

Listening,

Supporting you.

Have one full minute,

Thank you.

Relax your hands into each other as if holding them as one,

Resting in each palm.

Breathe with ease but with intention to soothe and re-power you.

Let the universe listen to what you really want improving.

Be precise and have half a minute to think of nice things for you.

Now,

Thank you.

A distraction is a great way to deeply relax and lift all of you out of unhealthy stress.

So imagine all your attention goes onto a single red tulip flower.

You are witnessing it opening its petals.

Time allows the petals to open.

Be drawn to its vibrant beauty in a huge centre of yellow and black.

The red tulip is so big it would cup into both your hands.

Your heart and mind will always appreciate nature for its shapes,

Colours and texture.

It's often silent motion as it is becoming what it is born to be.

To be a glorious flower.

Now watch as the tiny bee goes to collect pollen and see the importance and oneness.

Remembering without the bee,

Humans could not survive more than four years without them.

Breathe into balance the natural laws that surround us.

Let's now get really light.

Connect to all your toes now.

Ten toes that walk this journey of life.

Note their shape,

Softness,

This part of the body.

How would it feel if all ten toes felt so light they lifted all of you?

Nothing can stop it.

So up you rise.

As straight as an arrow.

Steady and up.

You start to rise above all buildings,

All matter and enter a silence in the sky.

All detail to earthly life shrinks into a dot.

Breathe into that dot.

But feel how tall and strong you are up here.

It's time to enter silence because it will reach,

Empower the bits that really need it.

So honour this moment.

Have half a minute.

Thank you.

Nice deep breath.

Rise into a smile.

Connect please to your first name.

See it shining each letter.

Begin to connect also to all of you physically,

Emotionally and mentally.

To come back into pure balance.

Have 20 seconds.

Breathing into balance.

Nice deep breath in.

Feeling recharged.
