Welcome to this guided meditation called Comfort and Calm.
Let's begin.
Please get seated or better still lay down and wrap yourself in comfort.
Allow the eyes to drop down onto yourself for a moment looking at the self,
The body.
And take a full breath in now,
Closing,
Closing the eyes.
Fully supported.
Recharge myself and simply melt into my comfort and my calm.
Breathe softly,
Caress my energies light and calmly.
I disconnect from everything.
I focus on my inner self of deep relaxation now.
Give my body permission to relax all the muscles,
The joints.
Let them rest and rebalance each one automatically with my beautiful,
Nurturing,
Subconscious mind.
It's time to drain away any tension.
Drain away in one go all that tension and simply kiss it goodbye.
Let my body rejuvenate by feeling light and whole again.
It's okay to let go of everything for I breathe into my personal space.
It's time now to drift as light as air.
Untangle the heaviness of the heart and pleasantly pamper my inner thoughts with comfort.
Comfort like an old teddy bear.
Comfort like that blanket I call home.
Letting my whole face become serene as a Buddha.
Gentle smile softly.
I let my face float in air and space of privacy.
I connect to peace.
I breathe my natural,
Beautiful rhythm of breath.
Like the gentle,
Soft white waves that curl at the top with pure white fluffy softness.
I breathe my natural,
Beautiful rhythm of breath.
Like the gentle,

I go a little deeper into myself.
I go a little deeper.
And every second I am truly repairing myself.
My body and my mind.
I become comfort.
I live now in this comfort.
I am radiating calm.
Allness serene.
All is peace.

Time to open,
Open the eyes.
Eyes opening,
Wide open.
Back in the here and now.
Everything fully refreshed.
