Can't Sleep Must Sleep

Let's help you get back to sleep as you remember how the sun goes down and so the birds sing goodnight, then the moon and stars make everything look picture perfect. Time for a good sleep once you relax into the green orb that comes to rescue you plus a green dragon pops in for a fun dream to begin at last.

Welcome to this guided sleep meditation called can't sleep must sleep. So already in bed and just need a little help. Tick-tock the seconds are drifting by and you have a body clock too as you lay there with eyes closed but inside the eyes remember so let's remember the birds singing before the Sun disappears it is and will always be a great comfort sound we have songs in the air we have beautiful birds who hearts sing perfectly in volume sweet music the Sun bows and so do the birds go to bed star Venus shines first this night sky begins and is breathtaking a glorious white shiny moon a deep solid blue sky then all the stars all come out to sea the clouds gather many clouds and all as white as the moon so the sky is lit up beautifully the last thing your eyes did see how comforting such order such art decorates the skies at sleep time and to stare a little and say I see you I see with utter silence the white shiny moon your aura glow around you a smile appears in the cracks the stars spaced apart shine all through this night destined to only get brighter stronger the clouds are utterly white fluffed into shapes I am blessed by you all as you wish me good dreams tonight I curl into my softness my blankets my pillows like a baby tucked in bed nothing to do but rest and be alive and well tomorrow a new day new things it shall bring let the magic begin with yourself so you are already in bed let the eyes inside swing left and right rock them gently your precious beautiful butterfly eyes let all your body listen as it lays on the soft dreamy bed eyes resting relaxing now the whole body awaits as a shiny green orb this green light bubble comes to your rescue and pops you inside as you lay there the first breath is somewhat better a sleepy breath that carries only the essence of peace and stillness body adjusts and begins to relax inside the green orb repairing begins the green light energy nurturing every part going deep to the cells deep to the tissue and the water inside is being properly taken care of the mind goes silent and rest into this deep sleep green orb and now the heart sings a little wishing a good night's rest and a dream to begin a green dragon arrives smooth and softly to take you to the dream world of sheer fun as you remember you are a dragon rider the heart of this green dragon is huge and full of magic to share adventures and new things to see and enjoy and to travel so light so elegantly a starry galaxy cruise around the universe and take in the shining colors floating in the vast magical universe a silence lingers up here and so your dragon sings softly from his heart to yours you find you too wish to sing and so you both vibrate this special beautiful sound then you disappear out of sight as I watch you both go flying tonight

I'd had an afternoon siesta and as a result I was struggling to get to sleep. But this meditation was great as even though I did wake up later I managed to get to sleep using this meditation and I also missed half of it.
