Find yourself in a comfortable position,

Gently close your eyes and take five deep breaths.
And one more.
Now tune into your heart space.
Tune into the place of wisdom and truth that originates from within you.
And in your mind's eye,
Envision your present-day self,
The age at which you are today.
Envision your present-day self walking over to meet your 80-year-old self.
The version of you who's lived 80 years in this lifetime.
The version of you who's lived the lifetime of your dreams and feels total peace and ease about everything the present-day you is experiencing right now.
Meet your 80-year-old self and feel you both embracing each other in a hug.
Allowing yourself to receive love from this older,
Wiser part of you.
As you both sit down for a conversation,
Notice what it feels like to be in the presence of your 80-year-old self.
Notice what it feels like to be in the presence of this version of you who now at 80 years old has lived the life that you dream of living.
