Begin to notice your breath as you settle into this space and this moment.
Begin to notice your breath,
Each inhale and every exhale.
As you feel the power of your breath and its gentle ability to slow and calm your body and your mind.
Take three deep breaths.
Beautiful.
And one more.
As you settle into this moment with yourself,
Bring to mind a question or a decision or a thought or an action,
Something in your life where you are wanting to feel and experience more trust in yourself and your knowing.
Take a deep breath as you bring that to mind.
And now tune into your body.
If you were to know where does trust live in your body,
Self-trust?
Where in your body do you feel the feeling of trusting yourself?
Knowing that no matter how big or small it may be,
It is there.
It is already there.
And simply notice where you feel it.
Sense it.
Notice it in your body.
Remembering your breath and using it to help you notice and find that place within your body where self-trust lives.
And using your breath to become even more aware of that place within you.
And as you're noticing where self-trust is within your body,
Begin to notice what it feels like.
Does it have any weight to it?
Is there any pressure?
How big is it?
What shape is it?
Become curious about this place within your body where trust for yourself lives.
And notice if you notice anything visually.
Do you see anything?
And if so,
What are you seeing?
What does this part of you feel like?
What does it sound like?
Notice if you hear anything.
What does it smell like?
This part of you where self-trust lives.
Do you smell anything?
Taste anything?
Notice all of your senses coming alive as you tune into self-trust in your body where it already lives.
And allow yourself to feel how good that self-trust feels.
As part of you could speak,
What would it say to you about the intention or question that you set at the beginning?
What does it want you to know?
And as you bring your awareness back to your body,
With a deep inhale and a slow exhale,
Begin to become aware of your body in this moment,
In this space.
Take another breath.
Gently open your eyes and come back into your space.
