Hello,

You beautiful being.

Today is a new day,

My love,

A new opportunity.

And however you are feeling this morning,

Whatever is unfolding for you and your life,

And however it may be unfolding,

You are still here and you being here matters.

Your presence matters.

Your soul made the choice to wake up this morning in this body,

In this lifetime,

In this moment,

In this day for a reason.

It matters that you are here.

So I'm going to guide you through a beautiful tapping ritual to support you in feeling calm and aligned as you begin your day and as you move through it intentionally.

This tapping practice is incredible for any day,

And especially for those days when you're feeling anxious or overwhelmed.

It's going to support you in just dropping into a space of calm and full alignment,

Mind,

Body,

And soul alignment.

All right,

My love,

We are going to begin with a body scan.

So I want to invite you to take a slow breath in through your nose,

Feel it expand your belly.

Beautiful.

And as you let it go,

I want you to close your eyes and begin to take several slow expansive breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Oftentimes when you're feeling anxious or overwhelmed,

You can feel really disconnected from your body and yourself.

So I want you to use your breath right now and allow your breath to guide you back into connection with your physical body.

And as you continue breathing,

I want you to begin to scan your body from the top of your head all the way down through the head,

The neck,

The throat,

The shoulders,

The chest,

The belly,

The hips,

The legs,

All the way down to the feet,

Scanning your body and noticing how you feel right now,

Noticing with curiosity.

As you prepare to begin this new day,

How do you feel?

I want you to name it.

If you were to describe how you feel in three words,

What would they be?

Say them out loud right now.

And as you notice that notice how you feel in your body,

Again,

Noticing with curiosity and stay attuned to that as we tap together,

Stay attuned to how it may shift or change and hold space for that change and shift to unfold.

Slow breath in through your nose,

My love,

And out through your mouth as you open your eyes and begin tapping on the side of hand point.

As you tap here,

Take a slow,

Intentional breath in as you breathe in the day and let it go.

Beautiful.

Repeating after me.

As I begin this new day,

I slow down and consciously come into alignment.

Beautiful.

As you tap here,

I want you to imagine all of these parts of you scattered throughout the room and space that you're in.

I want you to imagine that you are like a magnet attracting and calling back all of these energetic parts of you.

Feel sense,

See them coming back together like a puzzle,

Coming back into alignment as you feel a greater sense of wholeness and presence as you tap and breathe,

Tapping through the points at your own pace and rhythm.

Repeating after me.

I notice how I feel right now,

And I know that a powerful feeling of peace and calm is available to me in this moment.

Slow breath in through your nose as you breathe in that feeling of peace and breathe out what's no longer serving you.

Relaxing.

As I tap,

I feel my heart space open.

It is safe to slow down.

It is safe to be fully present with myself in this moment.

I am calm.

I am safe.

I am open to the magic today holds for me.

I am calm.

I am safe.

I am open to the magic today holds for me.

Just like you felt those parts of you calling back to you earlier,

I want you to imagine the magic of today floating to you like glitters of energy on the wind,

Floating to your body as your body magnetizes them,

Feel them,

See them,

Sense them.

As you continue tapping and breathing and repeating after me,

I release the fears and worries about how today will unfold.

And I choose to trust that this day will unfold exactly as it should.

I release the need to control my day.

Instead I choose to enjoy it.

And to be fully alive and present in it.

I live my life with my eyes and my heart wide open.

I feel the vulnerability of being present with my life.

And I feel the power of being present with myself.

Beautiful,

Remember to breathe as you continue tapping,

Moving that energy.

Everything is working out for me.

I release the fears and doubts that create tension and tightness.

And I feel my entire body relax.

I feel the goodness and peace of this moment.

And I open my heart to delight in today's unfolding.

I am here for a reason.

The goodness and joy and ease I am seeking is also seeking me.

And I am a magnet for all of it.

Beautiful,

As you tap on this next point,

Close your eyes for just a moment and imagine a bubble forming all around you.

An energetic bubble of calm and peace.

This bubble is infused with the most powerful energy of calm and peace.

And I want you to notice what color is that bubble.

And as you continue tapping with every breath you breathe,

I want you to imagine breathing in through your nose that color.

That energy of peace and calm.

All right,

Take a slow breath in now and let it go.

And tapping on the next point,

Take another slow breath in.

Breathing in that peace and calm.

And let it go.

Noticing how the energy,

The color of the energy within and around your body begins to shift and change as well.

Tapping on the next point,

Take another breath in.

And as you do,

Imagine the bubble growing larger as you are safe and protected and at peace here within it.

And take another breath in as you lock in this bubble of safety,

Calm,

And peace all around you.

Beautiful.

Continue to tap and repeat after me.

Today holds magic for me.

Today brings new opportunities to heal.

Today brings new opportunities to grow and expand.

I am safe in this moment.

And I am ready and excited for this day.

Continue tapping through the points,

Taking one breath on each point until you reach the final top of head point.

Once you do,

Let your hand float to your lap.

Close your eyes and take several slow,

Expansive breaths here.

Allow yourself to slow down here in this space,

In the after,

As you breathe.

Allow your energy to move and shift and flow as you allow everything from that experience to integrate and alchemize within your body and your being.

Noticing that this bubble of peace and calm is still right here around you,

And you can carry it with you as you flow through the rest of your day.

Here within it,

It is safe to let go of control and surrender to the unfolding and peace of today.

Take another breath in.

And as you let that breath go,

Open your eyes and come back into your space.

As you look around your space,

Remember this day holds magic for you.

It holds new opportunity for growth and healing and expansion,
