This EFT tapping ritual will help you carve out sacred, intentional time at the end of your day to slow down and connect with yourself, to clear energetically, and to set powerful divine intentions to guide you through a restful night's sleep. This is also a beautiful practice if you’re just feeling anxious energy and are having a hard time slowing down and relaxing for bed. Slow down, tap, and enjoy, my love. Hello you beautiful being.

Grab a blanket,

Turn down the lights,

And get cozy and comfortable.

I am going to be guiding you through a really calming,

Releasing,

Relaxing,

Soul-connecting,

Bedtime tapping ritual.

Sleep is a time when so much is happening on a mental and physical and energetic level.

Your body is healing,

Your brain is sifting through the memories from the day,

And it's also a really beautiful and important time on a soul level.

It's an important time and an opportunity to reconnect with your pure expansive soul essence,

To receive divine wisdom and clarity through the dream world and other realms and dimensions that your soul is journeying to.

And it's also a powerful time to set intentions begin to awaken and take physical form while you are sleeping.

So our intention for this tapping ritual is twofold.

One,

To calm your mind and body so you can easily drift into a beautiful night's rest.

And two,

To energetically set the intention to connect with your soul during tonight's sleep.

You can sit up or lay down while doing this ritual.

So if you would like to get cozy and get into bed as long as you're able to tap through the points you are good.

Alright my love,

Let's make some tapping magic.

We are going to start on the side of hand point as always,

And from there continue tapping through the points at your own pace and rhythm,

Repeating after me.

As you begin,

Take a long slow deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Beautiful.

And tapping on the side of hand point,

Repeat after me my love.

As I slow down,

I come back to my body and release everything from the day that is no longer in highest service of me.

Tonight as I sleep,

I reconnect with the expansive energy of the divine.

I am ready to remember what it feels like to be completely free.

I set the intention to have an expansive night's sleep because all that I am and ever will be finds me in the space where dreams meet reality.

Beautiful my love.

Take a slow breath in through your nose and slow breath out through your mouth.

Sigh it out.

Let it go.

Beautiful.

As you continue tapping through the points,

I want you to remember to breathe as you are tapping and repeat after me.

As I end this day,

I slow down to align my energy.

I release the heaviness and weight of today.

I release the doubt and fear from today.

I release the anger and hurt from today.

I release it all from my body with love and care.

Beautiful love.

Tapping on this next point,

Take an expansive breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.

I release the judgment from today.

I release the pain and heartache from today.

I release all of the energy from today that is not mine to carry.

I release it all back to the universe with love and care so that it may be alchemized into something more whole,

More true,

And more expansive.

I release it so that I may set myself free.

I release it so that I may heal.

I release it so that I may awaken.

With every breath I breathe,

I release and let go.

I release and let go.

I release and let go.

Tapping on this next point here,

Close your eyes for a moment and as you do,

Drop back into your body and tune into the energy of calm within your body.

If you were to know where do you feel or sense that energy of calm within your body right now,

Allow your awareness to drift there and notice this energy of calm.

Does it have any color to it?

Does it have any shape?

How big or how small is it?

What does it physically feel like?

Tune into that as we continue tapping,

Repeating after me,

I am calm.

I am safe.

I am completely at peace.

I am calm.

I am safe.

I am completely at peace.

I call back all of my energy from the day.

I call it back to the powerful container and presence of my physical body and I feel totally and completely aligned.

Mind,

Body and soul.

I am all of it and all of it is me.

I am the world and the world is me.

I am the whole universe and the whole universe is me.

I feel the freedom and expansion of my soul.

I feel completely open and clear.

I am infinite.

I am expansive.

It is safe to slow down and come fully into the present moment.

I release the doubts and fears from the day and I cleanse my energetic field.

I clear my mind and open my heart and I awaken a powerful peace to guide me through sleep.

I awaken my soul knowing as I flow through the sleep realm.

I remember the truths of my soul.

I know the way.

I know the way.

I know the way.

While I'm sleeping,

I release all resistance and I receive the gift of my soul's deepest desires.

As I travel in sleep,

Free of space and time,

I remember the truth that I am the divine.

I am calm.

I am at peace.

I am ready for an expansive night's sleep.

Take a slow breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.

Take another slow breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.

As you continue tapping through the points until you finish this final round,

Take one breath on each point until you've reached the final top of head point.

Once you do,

Let your hand flow to your lap.

Close your eyes and breathe.

Take several expansive breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth as you allow the energy to move and shift and flow,

Feeling and allowing your body to settle into this powerful presence and space of stillness.

Create some spaciousness here to slow down and drift into that deep space of rest and soul remembering.

This tapping practice is so nourishing just before you drift off to sleep. I find after a few rounds of tapping I’m yawning and releasing that energy. That paired with the beautiful words, it’s an incredible combination. Perfect way to end the day.
