Hello and happy wedding day.
I'm sure there are tons of emotions and things going on right now.
So let's take the next several minutes to help you feel centered,
Connected,
And joyful about the beautiful day ahead.
If you haven't already,
Find a comfortable position,
One where your feet are touching the ground in some way and have your palms facing down.
And then allow your eyes to gently close.
Start to take deeper,
Fuller breaths in.
And then audibly exhale through the mouth.
Big inhale in,
So much so that the belly and chest are expanding.
And then exhale through the mouth,
Maybe sighing or making any other noise that feels good.
Do more like that,
Big breath in and long exhale out.
Just one inhale deeply,
Filling the entire body with air.
Hold for a moment at the top and big sigh out of the mouth.
Good.
Now place your attention on the part of your feet that are touching the ground.
So if you're sitting,
That might be the whole bottom part of your foot.
Or if you're lying down,
Maybe it's just your heel.
Really feel that connection between your foot and the ground.
And allow your feet to become heavy as they ground you to the earth below.
Good.
Then go down.
Now move your attention to your palms and whatever they're touching.
Feel any sensations that are present there.
And allow the sensations around your palms to drop you deeper into the present moment.
Now bring your attention to the top of your head.
And starting there on your own time,
You're going to slowly send feelings of peace and relaxation all the way down your body until it's filled and touched every single part of your mind and body.
So slowly start sending that peaceful feeling from the top of your head down into your fingertips and toes.
And then slowly start sending that peaceful feeling from the top of your head down into your fingertips.
And slowly sending feelings of peace into every cell of the body.
And then slowly start sending feelings of peace into every cell of the body.
Beautiful.
Now focus on the area in the middle of your chest,
The heart center,
And become aware of any emotions you're feeling in this moment.
And acknowledge how lucky you are to even experience all of these emotions.
And consider all the beautiful emotions you'll likely get to experience today.
And now take a moment to focus on what today is really about.
What is it about to you?
What is it about to you?
Good.
And now start to bring a feeling of gratitude for all you've done to get here.
And now gratitude for all your partner has done.
And finally,
Gratitude for every person and thing that has played a role in getting you to this day.
And just sit in all of that love and gratitude for a moment,
Letting it fill you up until you're overflowing.
Good.

And now we're going to say a few affirmations to set this special day on a positive,
Optimistic note.
