This meditation is called Simplify Your Mind.

This unique guided meditation is designed to help simplify your mind.

So find a comfortable position,

Allow your eyes to close gently,

And take a moment to settle into your space.

So now let's embark on a journey together towards clarity and peace.

Begin by bringing your awareness to the ground beneath you.

Imagine roots extending from your body deep into the earth,

Anchoring you securely.

With each breath,

Feel the stability of the ground supporting you.

As you inhale,

Visualize drawing up energy from the earth,

And as you exhale release any tension or distractions that may be weighing you down.

Continue this grounding process for a few breaths,

Feeling more connected and centered with each cycle.

Now inhale through your nose,

Filling your lungs completely,

And exhale through your mouth,

Letting out a soft sigh.

This sound can help release any remaining mental clutter.

Inhale deeply,

And exhale with your sound,

Letting go of any thoughts that don't serve you.

Feel how this simple practice creates a rhythm that calms your mind.

Next,

Imagine you're walking through a serene forest.

Each step you take is light and effortless.

Picture the vibrant greens of the leaves,

And the soft browns of the earth beneath your feet.

As you stroll,

Notice how peaceful it is here.

With each breath,

You inhale the fresh clean air that fills your lungs.

Feel the weight of worries lifting with every step.

In this forest,

You come across a tranquil stream.

Picture yourself sitting beside it,

Listening to the gentle flow of the water.

Allow the sound of the stream to completely relax your body,

And calm your mind.

Now imagine you're laying down next to the stream,

And looking towards the sky.

Picture a clear blue sky.

Imagine it as vast and open,

Free of clouds or distractions.

With each breath,

Visualize your mind becoming like this sky,

Clear,

Calm,

And expansive.

As you inhale,

Imagine drawing in this clarity.

As you exhale,

Visualize any worries or clutter floating away like clouds dissipating in the breeze.

Continue this visualization for a few moments.

Inhaling clarity,

Exhaling clutter.

With your mind feeling clearer,

Let's embrace some affirmations.

Allow these affirmations to resonate with you,

Reinforcing your commitment to a simplified mind.

Silently repeat the following phrases.
