This pineal gland has also been found to excrete DMT,

A drug that contributes to altered states of consciousness and hallucinations.

Relax in a comfortable position,
With your eyes closed and your jaw relaxed.
Take in a few deep breaths through the nose,

Move your awareness through your body.

Holding out the breath for a few seconds.

Bring all of your attention to the space between your eyebrows,
Above the bridge of your nose,

Sixth chakra space.
Acknowledge and release any distractions as your third eye becomes the center of your focus and attention.
Focus on your third eye space right above your nose,
And begin to feel and visualize the vibration of a deep,

Indigo-colored energy,
Emanating from this sixth chakra space.
Feel this indigo light becoming brighter and brighter with each breath.
Breathe in a deep,
Dark indigo.
Breathe out all things that do not align with your highest and best self.
Breathe in a deep,

Breathe out any tension,
Anxiety,
Or distractions.
Breathe in a deep,

Breathe out any confusion,
Unclarity,
Or indecisiveness.

Or anything clouding your judgment.

Continue to breathe deeply and visualize a dark,
Indigo sphere of powerful light swirling in a clockwise direction right at your third eye.
Powerful swirling vortex of dark blue energy.
Feel a pulsating,
Rhythmic vibration at this space.
Now when you inhale,
Imagine the crown of your head opening up and bringing in glowing,
Clear,
White energy through the top of your head and into your third eye center,
Drawing in powerful,
Glowing energy through your crown chakra and into your third eye.
Continue to breathe in this white,
Powerful light,
Directing that energy from above the head into the space between your brows.
Feel your third eye,
Your sixth chakra expanding with this light energy,
Removing anything blocking,
Covering,
Or clouding it as it slowly starts to open.
As the light energy continues to fill and swirl,
Opening your third eye wider and wider,
Observe your answers to the following questions.
Are you able to make decisions quickly?
Do too many choices overwhelm you?
Can you visualize and imagine easily?
Do you experience mood swings often?
Do you often feel a need to justify your choices,
Ideas,
And thoughts?
Do you have a good memory?
Can you easily see different perspectives or feel other feelings or energy?
Can you find deeper meaning in life events?
Do you have vivid and powerful dreams that you can remember?
Can you meditate easily?
Do you have difficulty seeing the future?
Can you plan ahead and set goals?
Do you often get headaches,
Migraines,
Or have vision problems?
Do you have difficulty concentrating?
Observe how you feel about these questions.
Keeping your awareness on your third eye space,
Silently repeat the following affirmations.
I trust my intuition.
I see things clearly.
I can visualize outcomes of situations.
I consciously create my own reality.
I can visualize and manifest my plans and goals.
I can observe without judgment or opinion.
I am tolerant and loving.
My perception and understanding are deep and expansive.
I can see beyond the tangible.
I access deeper knowledge and wisdom.
My mind is open.
Continue to breathe slowly and deeply.
Continue to see the brightest indigo light shining so brightly that it spreads all throughout your body.
Shining out of your third eye into the rest of your head,
Skull,
Neck,
Chest,
Shoulders,
Arms,
Belly,
Hips,
Thighs,
Knees,
Ankles,
And feet.
This bright indigo light shines so brightly all darkness within scatters and everything can be seen clearly.
All things are seen clearly.
All confusion,
Distractions,
Fear,
Limited vision,
Negative beliefs are cleared away.
This light fills you with indigo third eye energy in its purest and most powerful form.
Allow this indigo light to cleanse your entire being.
Rest in it.
Be absorbed into it.
