Discovering that yoga not only helped heal her back but also connected her to something deeper, she was transformed forever. Kumbi has been teaching for over 20 years. Her first training was in Power Yoga in 2003 then a Viniyoga therapy training in 2008. Kumbi teaches a therapeutic, astrology inspired vinyasa style with emphasis on breath, strength, balance, ritual, and music.
