This week's theme is finding refuge in a broader perspective.
Let's go ahead and get settled into a comfortable position.
Closing your eyes and finding your breath.
Deepening your breathing.
Feeling long and maybe even out through the mouth.
Feel your entire body become grounded.
Breathe into any tight or tense spaces.
Then breathe it all out.
Let it all go as we acknowledge where we are in this moment here in your body,
In your space,
At this point in your life,
In this moment in time.
Feeling your physical body heavy and grounded.
Imagine a lighter energy version of you,
Your energy body.
What you feel is a vibration around your physical body or a tingling sensation in the palms of your hands or soles of your feet.
Imagine this energy part of you rising up along with your awareness above and out of your physical body so that you're floating above and up to the top of your space through the ceiling and roof.
Rising above your home,
Above your neighborhood,
Your city,
Your state,
Your country observing the northern hemisphere of the earth through the sky,
Through the atmosphere,
Even space.
Looking down at the bright blueness of planet earth,
The calmness from afar.
Then even further beyond through the solar system,
Past the blinding power and brightness of our sun amongst the billions of other solar systems in the Milky Way and even further beyond amongst billions of other galaxies into the infinite space,
Into the boundarylessness of the universe,
Dark,
Still,
Peaceful,
Comforting,
Freeing,
Expanding,
Loving,
Supporting,
Holding,
Knowing you,
You,
Made up from the dust of ancient stars,
A miraculous embodiment of the elements of the cosmos.
Rest here in the peace of this truth and idea.

Now let's slowly float back through the stars,
Past the black holes,
The comets,
Back through the Milky Way,
Spotting our sun and floating back into our solar system.
Pluto,
Neptune,
Uranus,
Saturn,
Jupiter,
Mars,
Our planet earth and beyond closer to the sun,
Venus and Mercury and dropping through the atmosphere,
Through the clouds,
Back into the sky,
Floating closer to earth,
Floating slowly back into your city,
Your neighborhood,
Your home,
Your space,
Your body.
Take a breath.
Wiggle your fingers.
Circle your wrists.
Bring your hands to your heart.
Feel your body breathing,
Your heart beating.
Notice this feeling of lightness and calm.
Appreciate this moment,
This feeling,
This calmer,
Lighter you.
When you're ready,
You can relax.
You can open your eyes.
