Hello and welcome.
This is your guided meditation with me,
Kumbi.
This meditation today is a chakra clearing meditation.
We will bring awareness to each of the seven chakras or energy centers that are within you to clear and balance them,
Balance them out with breath,
Visualization,
And mantra.
Go ahead and find a comfortable seated or laying down position,
A position where your spine and back feel relaxed and neutral.
And close your eyes.
Begin with a few deep breaths,
Inhaling deeply through your nose and exhaling completely out of your mouth.
And again,
Big inhale through your nose,
Big expansive inhale and a long releasing exhale out your mouth.
One more time through the nose,
Then out the mouth.
Now continue with the deep breathing but through the nose only and feel extension through the spine when you inhale and contraction of the navel in when you exhale.
Again,
Extension through the spine connecting your tailbone to the crown of your head and contraction through the navel with your exhalation.
Continue.
We will begin with the root chakra at the very base of the spine,
The tailbone,
The pelvic floor.
Breathe into this area and visualize the color red.
Breathe in the color red,
A deep dark warm and comforting red.
This is the center for your sense of stability,
Safety and trust in the world.
Breathe in red.
Breathe out any sense of insecurity about the world.
Breathe in red.
Breathe out any sense of fear about the world.
Breathe in red.
Breathe out any sense of mistrust about the world.
Breathe in red.
Your mantra for this chakra is,
I am stable and grounded,
Supported and protected.
Silently repeat to yourself a few more times,
I am stable and grounded,
Supported and protected.
Moving up the central axis through the torso into the second chakra,
The creation chakra at the sacrum,
Pubic bone relating to your reproductive organs,
Bladder,
Hips and low back.
Breathe into this area and visualize the color orange.
Breathe in the color orange,
A bright warm glowing orange.
This is your center for vitality,
Passion,
Creativity and relationships.
Breathe in orange.
Breathe out any stagnant or negative emotions.
Breathe in orange.
Breathe out anything blocking your creativity.
Breathe in orange.
Breathe out anything that feels dull or heavy.
Breathe in orange.
Your mantra for this chakra is,
I am passionate and creative.
I cultivate healthy and loving relationships.
Silently repeat to yourself a few more times.

Moving up the central axis through the torso into the third chakra,
Your power center above the navel at the solar plexus relating to the stomach and digestive organs.
Breathe into this area and visualize the color yellow.
Breathe in the color yellow,
A bright warm glowing yellow.
This is your center for personal power,
Confidence and self-worth.
Breathe in yellow.
Breathe out any resistance to change.
Breathe in yellow.
Breathe out any aversion to challenges.
Breathe in yellow.
Breathe out anything that is keeping you small and hidden.
Breathe in yellow.
Your mantra for this chakra is,
I am powerful.
I am confident and I appreciate life's challenges.

Moving up the central axis through the torso into your heart chakra at the center of your chest,
The base of your sternum relating to your lungs,
Heart and thoracic spine.
Breathe into this area and visualize the color green.
Breathe in the color green,
Bright warm glowing green.
This is your center for love,
Compassion,
Forgiveness.
Breathe in green.
Breathe out any resentment or grudge.
Breathe in green.
Breathe out any anger.
Breathe in green.
Breathe out any guilt.
Breathe in green.
Your mantra for this chakra is,
I give and receive love effortlessly and unconditionally.
Repeat to yourself a few more times.

Moving up the central axis through your torso into your fifth chakra at your throat center relating to your neck and cervical spine.
Breathe into this space and visualize the color blue.
Breathe in the color blue,
A bright crisp clean blue.
This is your center for honesty,
Communication and authentic self-expression.
Breathe in blue.
Breathe out any hesitation to fully express yourself.
Breathe in blue.
Breathe out any hesitation to fully speak your truth.
Breathe in blue.
Breathe out any inclination or desire to be dishonest.
Breathe in blue.
Your mantra for this chakra is,
I express myself clearly and honestly with grace and ease.

Moving up the central axis through your torso into your sixth chakra right above your nose,
In between your eyes,
Your third eye.
Breathe into this space and visualize the color indigo.
Breathe in the color indigo,
A deep dark cool indigo.
This is your center for insight and intuition.
Breathe in indigo.
Breathe out anything blocking your intuition.
Breathe in indigo.
Breathe out any indecisiveness.
Breathe in indigo.
Breathe out anything clouding your judgment.
Breathe in indigo.
Breathe out any veil that is preventing you from thinking clearly.
Breathe in indigo.
Your mantra for this chakra is,
I trust my intuition to guide me on my path towards fulfilling my potential.

Moving up the central axis through your torso into your seventh chakra,
Your crown chakra,
Right above your head.
Breathe into this space and visualize the color violet.
Breathe in the color violet,
A cool,
Bright,
Beautiful violet.
This is your center for inspiration and connection to your higher consciousness.
Breathe in violet.
Breathe out any feelings of disconnectedness.
Breathe in violet.
Breathe out any feelings of isolation.
Breathe in violet.
Breathe out any feelings of separateness.
Breathe in violet.
Your mantra for this chakra is,
I am connected to my higher self,
Connected with the divine.
Repeat a few more times.
I am connected to my higher consciousness,
Connected with the divine.
Now,
Bring your awareness to all seven chakras from the base of your spine to the crown of your head.
Breathe in fresh,
New,
Clean,
Clear,
White energy through the top of your head and exhale out old stagnant energy out the soles of your feet.
Again,
Inhale through the crown of the head,
Fresh,
Clear,
New energy and breathe out the old through the soles of your feet.
Repeat a few more times.
Finally,
Allow your breath to become light and natural and notice how your entire body feels.
Notice how you feel.
When you're ready,
You can slowly open your eyes.
For the next few hours or the rest of the day or evening,
Remain calm and observant.
Keep a journal and begin to observe the areas of your body,
The colors that you notice and the emotions and the thoughts that repeatedly come up.
This can give you insight into which chakra or energy center that may need more attention or maybe out of balance.
