Hello and welcome to your guided meditation with me,

This meditation is entitled,
Seven Breaths to Let Go and Seven Breaths to Let In.
When we find ourselves in times of uncertainty,
Fear and stress,
We usually tend to shorten our breath and carry tension in our bodies.
This meditation will serve you in relaxing both physically and energetically so that you can move forward no matter what the situation with lightness and a sense of relief.
Allow your deepened breath to soothe you from the inside out.
Let's begin.
Go ahead and find a comfortable seat or you can also be lying down.
Relax your shoulders,
Your jaw and close your eyes.
Begin with some deep inhales through your nose and long,
Maybe even audible exhales out of your mouth.
Breathing through your exhalation,
Anything that is currently present on the surface of your being that feels heavy,
Distracting or tense.
Now on your next inhale,
Fill up,
Filling up the space in your chest,
Your ribs,
Your belly,
Your side ribs,
Back body and hold for a few seconds.
Then through your nose,
Exhale slowly,
All of the breath out evenly and completely.
Go ahead and do this breath a few more times,
Allowing the breath of your inhale to touch and fill up more spaces than usual and make your exhalation totally complete,
Pausing a moment at the emptiest part of the breath.
The following breath cycles will focus on your exhalation.
So begin by taking a deep inhale slowly through your nose,
Long exhale slowly through your nose.
And inhale again,
Filling up completely.
And on your next exhale,
Breathe out release and let go of any anxiousness,
Insecurity or worry.
Inhale.
On your next exhale,
Let go of any heaviness,
Emotional blocks,
Any resistance to feelings.
Inhale.
On your next exhale,
Let go of any feelings of powerlessness or victimhood.
Inhale.
On your next exhale,
Let go of resentment,
Blaming,
Fear.
Inhale.
On your next exhale,
Let go of anything blocking your creativity or ability to express yourself.
Inhale.
On your next exhale,
Let go of confusion or any inability to see the truth.
Inhale.
On your next exhale,
Let go of the details,
The dramas,
The stories.
Take a deep inhale and a long clearing exhale.
A few more times,
The next series of breaths will focus on the inhalation.
So again,
Take a deep inhale and a long clearing exhale.
On your next inhale,
Let in grounding and trust in the unknown.
Exhale.
Next inhale,
Let in passion,
Excitement,
Joy.
Exhale.
Next inhale,
Let in passion,
Courage,
Power,
Worthiness.
Exhale.
Next inhale,
Let in love,
Inclusiveness,
Appreciation.
Exhale.
Next inhale,
Let in listening,
Connection,
Communication.
Exhale.
Next inhale,
Let in clarity of vision,
Thinking,
And being.
Exhale.
Next inhale,
Let in inspiration,
The energy that opens you up and expands you.
Long exhale.
Take a deep inhalation and hold at the top.
A long exhalation and hold it out at the bottom.
Again,
Deep inhalation.
Hold at the top,
Relax in the holding.
Long exhalation.
Hold it out at the bottom.
Inhale again.
Just regular light breathing.
Exhale.
There is a resting place,
A starting place that you can always return to.
You can always bring your mind back home and rest right here,
Right now,
In present unbiased awareness.
