[17-APR-2022] Passion of Peace. In this week's meditation we ground deeply into the core of the earth. Giving gratitude for her creation. Connecting with her and feeling HER passion rooted deeply in Peace and Balance in every particle of our being. Moving forward we find ourselves in a sacred cave, the cave of unconditional love, cave of creation, cave of manifestation. Meeting the divine and allowing magick to happen...

Okay,

Make yourself comfortable and close your eyes.

You might be sitting upright or laying down,

Whatever feels comfortable to you.

Welcome to the circle on Easter Sunday.

Celebrating the Goddess of Stara,

Honoring the fertility and the voice,

The guardian of our children,

Our future generations.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Allowing your awareness to drop down for a little bit and becoming aware of your roots.

You might imagine or feel how roots are coming out of your feet,

Out of your legs,

Going through whatever surface you're sitting on until you reach the soil beneath you.

Just before your roots enter the soil,

Just take a deep breath into your heart.

And as you breathe into your heart,

Activate gratitude.

And when we activate an emotion,

When we set an intention,

We give our mind to that direction.

Allowing thoughts of gratitude to come up.

Memories,

The past,

The present or the future that are connected to the vibration,

To the emotion,

To the frequency of gratitude to wash through us.

Breathing into gratitude.

People you're grateful for,

Things you're grateful for,

Moments or just the pure gratitude for inhaling this breath.

The gratitude for being able to tune into the frequency of gratitude.

And now allowing this energy that has been building up in your heart,

Gently drop down into your roots that are lingering just on the surface of the soil.

And now gently allowing these roots to enter the soil.

And as you enter your roots into the soil,

Feel how this energy of gratitude is permeating through the soil.

Saying thank you for every fruit tree.

Thank you to every vegetable that has been growing from the soil,

Maybe even in the soil.

Thank you.

Gratitude to this incredible,

Absolutely awe-inspiring system that our soil is,

That our earth is.

Gratitude to every stream,

Every body of water that has ever given you water to drink.

And as you exhale,

You exhale anything that you don't need any longer.

Seeing those trees soaking it up,

Taking it in.

And as you inhale,

Inhale this beautiful fresh air.

And now through your roots you can give those trees an under-earth hug and say thank you.

And imagining how you are creating this web of gratitude,

This root system of gratitude that you are infusing into the soil.

And just where you are right now.

Just where you are.

Maybe the land that you are sitting on.

You might spread it.

Just spread that root system across the city or the community that you are part of.

And as you do that you might become aware of others that are doing the same.

Just feeling that energy.

They might do it consciously or unconsciously.

A child might be grateful for that beautiful lawn to kick a soccer ball on.

Someone might be grateful for some flowers that are just blossoming.

Or the sound of a little creek.

Just feeling how you become aware of an amplification of the gratitude in the soil that is being sent there.

And I invite you to expand your awareness into your country.

Feeling,

Tuning into this root system of gratitude that is just geniously woven through the soil.

It has been there before you tapped into it today.

And it will be there long after.

It's this beautiful web of working hand in hand.

Every particle following its intuition.

The earthworm creating some air in the soil.

Bacteria travelling through the soil.

Fungi sending information.

Water and nutrients being distributed.

Just like that.

Just being grateful,

Acknowledging this intelligence that sits within the soil.

For a moment allow your root system to go deeper and deeper.

Deeper and deeper to go to the core,

To the core of the earth.

Through the different layers.

There might be some sand,

Beautiful humus.

Moist,

Earth,

Cold,

Warm.

Whatever you experience,

Just really becoming aware of that.

As if your roots were able to touch the different surfaces,

The different textures that you're going through.

Maybe you can even smell it.

Really make this a sensational experience.

Experience it with your senses.

Feeling the different temperatures as you go deeper and deeper.

Feeling,

Really experiencing the different densities as you go through a rock.

You go through a crystal or you go through coal.

Go through soft sand or ancient petrified trees.

Going through our inner layer,

Under earth.

Big bodies of water.

Layers of aquifer.

Going deeper and deeper.

Maybe even tasting some salt.

And going deeper and deeper.

Until you reach this hot,

Warm,

Molten core of the earth.

With all of its energy vibrating.

Passion.

So much passion.

And soaking up this energy.

Sharing all of your gratitude.

Exhaling gratitude.

Inhaling passion.

Exhaling gratitude.

Inhaling passion.

Really feeling your connection,

Experiencing your connection between the core of the earth and your physical body.

Exhaling gratitude.

Inhaling passion.

So much gratitude.

And allowing this connection to form in your own way.

This passion might go into a specific energy center chakra in your body or the entire body or just surrounding you,

Flowing into your feet like a fountain going through your body.

Just make this your own experience.

If you imagine it,

That's totally fine.

If an experience comes to you,

Enjoy that.

Exhaling gratitude.

Inhaling passion.

Exhaling gratitude.

Inhaling energy.

Exhaling gratitude.

Inhaling creation.

For a moment just flying across this incredible planet.

And honor and become aware of the vastness of creation.

Those high mountains,

Long and beautiful beaches,

Deserts,

Oasis,

Glaciers,

Paddocks,

Cities,

Forests,

Gardens,

Oceans,

Jungle.

Becoming aware of all the different colors,

Vastness of creation,

Planet and masterpiece,

Water,

Fire,

Wind,

Earth and the spaces in between.

So many species between the elements.

Some coming from the earth just like plants and cicadas,

Like a seed under the earth.

And then into the air like a tree,

Reaching these two elements.

Cicada coming from the earth,

Going into the air.

And many,

Many more species like this.

The human in the womb,

In the water,

Portable water in the comfort of the mom.

So many other mammals the same.

Carried under the heart of the earth,

The heart of the mother.

And you find yourself in a beautiful cave,

In your own cave.

In the womb of the earth,

Place for birth,

For initiation,

Protection,

Going within.

And you realize how these walls are filled with magic.

This cave is a magical cave.

Feeling your connection with the earth,

Still vibrating,

Still being active.

And you feel how there is some magical dust,

Some sparkles coming out of the wall.

And you feel this beautiful energy starting to surround you.

This is the most divine,

Most beautiful energy that you ever found yourself in.

And you realize how your body starts to relax more and more.

Your breathing has slowed down.

So relax now.

You are so still.

Your mind is so still.

Everything in this cave is so quiet,

Allowing you to get quiet as well.

And as you breathe,

You breathe love.

You become aware of this scent of unconditional love in this cave.

It might smell like roses,

Maybe like jasmine,

Maybe,

I don't know what the smell of love is for you.

Maybe the smell of your newborn baby,

That is so unique.

Maybe the smell of your partner,

Or of a beautiful place.

Breathing that in now.

And you realize how you start to hover or to float,

Being held by the air.

And it feels so good.

Feels so good to be in the middle of this cave.

So safe and protected.

Calm and relaxed.

You feel how your skin is opening up and you start breathing through every pore of your body.

And as you exhale.

You exhale a few breaths of whatever wants to leave your body,

Whatever is not conducive to your overall health,

Love,

Well-being.

It feels as if it's almost sucked out of your body,

But in the most divine,

Most beautiful way,

Most gentle way.

It might even look like golden dust coming out of your pores.

And as you inhale,

You inhale the energy of this space.

You inhale this unconditional love into every part of your body.

Into your head,

Into your brain.

Following that breath flowing down in circular movements,

Touching your scalp,

Your ears,

Your nose,

Your mouth,

Your neck,

Down your throat,

Down your arms,

All the way down your hands and fingertips.

Following that breath and with each exhalation,

Watching how everything that is not in alignment just leaves,

Dissolves,

Totally effortless,

So easy.

Heart space.

A hug from your heart into the heart of the earth,

Feeling that expansion that is happening.

The solar plexus.

Exhaling from your digestive systems,

Your digestive organs and even there are skins.

And everything that is not in alignment is just leaving.

Just feel it.

Feel it leaving your physical body and even the space around your physical body.

Going into your womb and your aura,

Feeling the air coming in there.

And just gently,

Gently these aspects are just leaving.

Not because they have to,

Just because they want to.

They've served their purpose and your air,

The energy flows further down into your root.

And your pelvis.

And it's so easy now.

More and more of this golden dust is leaving your body down your legs,

Down the right leg,

Down the left leg.

From the soles of your feet.

From the palms of your head.

From your spine.

Through your skin.

And nothing,

Nothing you need to do.

But watch it in all.

Knowing that this is happening right now.

Breathing out consciously.

Free conscious exhalations.

Anchoring it in.

Exhaling whatever wants to leave now.

Exhaling whatever is not in alignment with unconditional love.

Exhaling anything that's not in alignment with your creation.

And it's being called somewhere else.

Allowing it to,

Allowing these energies to keep going on their journey.

Letting them love.

All the time we've spent together.

And gratitude for the teachings we have received.

And just letting them go.

And now just focusing on the inside of your body for a moment.

Connecting with that inner intelligence.

Honoring that inner intelligence within your body.

And as you honor it and as you connect with it consciously.

You become aware and you witness how it's just going on an even more subtle level.

Creating a little ball of energy within you.

And all the energies.

Everything that is not conducive to your overall health and well-being.

The fertile creation of your visions.

Anything that is tight or bends energy within your body.

Just comes together to this magical ball of energy.

Like when you put a piece of salt on some water it just soaks it all up.

You might even feel it how energy is coming out from your left ring finger.

From your right ear tip.

From the back of your knee.

From your third rib.

Maybe even from a few hair tips.

I don't know.

It's all flowing there into this ball of energy.

You recognize the beauty in this ball.

And you take this ball of energy and it kind of like plops out of your hands.

And you feel it in your hand.

And you just become aware of how your hand is covering it in so much love and gratitude.

And it's getting amplified in strength and beauty.

And now you take this ball of energy and you just send it out.

It's floating from your hand up and up and out through the cave.

And as it hides out there it just explodes into the most beautiful fireworks.

And with that energy you feel how your body is relaxing even more so.

And your mind is so beautifully calm.

And you fully surrender to the waves of love that are surrounding you.

And this divine love energy is flowing through the base of your feet into your root chakra,

Into your first energy center.

It's flowing up into your second energy center.

Into your third.

Solar plexus and up into your fourth.

Heart opening wide.

Into your fourth.

Fifth your throat so open,

So relaxed.

Into your first eye,

The place between your eyebrows seeing so clearly now.

And all the way up into your crown,

Wide open.

So much love floating through your entire being.

Feeling it all around you.

You are a multidimensional being.

You are created from love,

In love,

For love,

Of love.

Feeling into your compassionate heart.

From passion with passion.

So much passion for your love.

Love is such a strong energy.

Greatest healer of all.

Mother of creation.

So you sit.

Finding yourself sitting in this cave.

Again becoming so aware of the magic in here.

Feeling how on the ground the surface is made out of peace.

Everything is so calm,

So relaxed and so powerful.

Just like you.

So relaxed,

So calm,

So powerful.

Smelling the sense of unconditional love.

There might be color.

There might be even a sound.

And as you sit there,

There is a being right in front of you.

It just appears.

There might be a person,

Maybe a spirit guide.

Maybe just an energy.

The guardian of rebirthing.

Of the yard of dying and being reborn.

What a powerful place for this,

The cave.

And this being is now right in front of you.

And you connect heart to heart.

You feel its energy coming right into your heart.

And you connect forehead to forehead.

And as you do so,

There is a vision given to you.

Something appears in your first eye.

From that connection you feel this energy coming up,

Up from the root where we carry our creations.

Physical or energetic.

So strongly connected to the mind,

Activating it,

Carrying this creation,

Nourishing it.

The energy flows up into your sacral,

Your digestive area,

Trusting that gut,

Trusting your intuition.

Feeling it all aligning.

Doors opening,

Energy flowing.

Third energy center,

Your inner sun,

Your free will,

Aligning your free will with this vision.

Sounds as if you were doing it actively.

It has just happened.

You are aligned with that vision.

Heart blossoming.

Covering that creation.

Following that intention,

That intuition and your free will with love,

With your love.

Like putting a big cloak of love around that,

Those aspects of the creation.

Feeling how the energy of this being flows into your throat so you can speak.

You can share your intuition.

Speak up for your needs easily,

Effortlessly,

With love,

With words of love flowing further up in your first eye now.

Continue to feel this connection eye to eye,

Forehead to forehead and light is streaming in from above.

Good Because I love you so much,

Because I love you so much,

So much,

So much Because I love you so much,

With all of your heart,

Heh yuh nah,

Heh yuh yuh wah And the being steps aside,

And the cave is changing,

Changing into that time and space where your creation has manifested,

Has been brought into this reality So make it a life,

Touch it,

Feel it,

Walk in its shoes Smell it,

Smell this creation,

Really touch it,

Closing your eyes,

Don't even try to see the creation but feel it,

Experience it,

Let that be real,

Give it light,

The light of your heart admire your creation,

Now look back,

You feel the presence of this being,

The guardian of the rebirth behind you and as you look at,

As you feel,

Experience this creation,

You become aware of who you have become the person who have turned this idea into reality Who are you?

How do you walk?

How do you feel?

Feeling the success,

The accomplishment of who you have become and feeling the gratitude for who you were If you were just a tiny little bit different in this very moment,

Your vision would have been a different it would not be the person you are in that very moment,

In this moment now Feel that gratitude You are divine,

You are a creative being with every breath,

You are creating a new you Every exhalation is a hug to the old,

Every inhalation a celebration of the new Look at all of your creation and all from that moment,

From that point Looking back at all of your creations,

All of the love you have created,

All,

All,

All of your creation all of the personalities you have embodied,

The masks you have worn,

The people you have met the paintings you have painted,

The dances you have danced the plants you have planted,

The love you have shared,

The gratitude to the fights you've fought for the exams you've passed,

Gratitudes to the moments you got up again Your life is a fertile ground,

You are a creator And you know that any vision,

Any memory of the future that you receive is unique to you It is perfectly customized to your fingerprint and only you can achieve this vision My mom just said yesterday this life is not about the journey it is what we are here to accomplish along the journey So hold that vision,

Sacred Tended like you would tend the most beautiful plant you have given the most beautiful seed That is unique,

That is just yours This seed to the most divine plant and only you know how to nourish it,

How to water it when to let it be Only you know the rhythms of this seed And you're here to explore like a station process a nourishment process The way do you do it,

Only you can do it So this vision,

This memory of the future is yours and it's yours to create And the being places its hands,

Touches you on the heart on the front and the back of your heart When you feel this divine love energy going through you all the way to the core of you and up into the endless space And you find yourself floating in the ocean of endless possibilities of infinite wisdom Ultimate creation dissolved into this ocean you are Fully where you're born If you're still here in the water Nowhere,

No time,

No place,

No body,

No one,

No thing You start becoming aware of this new body with this new mind in this new time and space You're at peace at the deepest level knowing that in the last hour Your entire environment has changed,

Your body has changed chemically Your thoughts have changed,

Your mind has changed And you have been given this vision,

This memory of the future In the here and in the now It is there,

It is here,

It is now And if you take a deep breath you send gratitude to that person that sat down an hour ago And now you welcome this new person that is about to get up,

That is about to go into this new week And with this new energy you send gratitude into the week ahead You send love and peace into the week ahead with knowing,

Knowing that things are changing,

That you are in the river of change,

Of evolution Unexpected things are going to happen and you have created them right now So send your love and gratitude into the unknown first Knowing that every surprise is a fast track to your evolution Everything new is a sign from the divine that you are on the right path Everything unexpected is attached by grace And you also will send your love and gratitude and peace to the places you love,

To the people you love,

Through time and space Feeling that smile in your heart Awakening,

Always present,

Always there Feeling that smile in your face Knowing that you are creating a journey,

A evolution on the road of love and peace,

With ease and joy In flow with life,

The universe is conspiring with you You're meeting the right people,

Everything is happening for you You are surrounded by the energy of success,

Of achievement,

Of completion of evolution And you honour the light within you and I honour the light within you And you exhale the old and you inhale the new Getting used to this new body with this new mind Whenever you're ready you can place your hands in prayer position in front of you,

Rubbing your hands until they are beautifully warm Let's stay awake,

Place them in front of your eyes and from that dark safe and secure place you may gently open your eyes again Welcome back
