[01 May 22] This week's meditation aligned with the new moon, solar eclipse, Beltane, witches' new year, and well it is a wonderful Sunday that we get to experience... Today's intention was 'baby' which sent us deep into the womb and heart of mother earth, the goddess of creation, and then lifted us all the way up to father sky, the god of inspiration. This guided journey invites you to bring an intention into physical form with joy. Thanks to Cindy, Kelly, and Markus for co-creating this meditation.

Welcome to this juicy,

Beautiful,

Power of peace meditation.

I invite you to get comfortable.

Ahh,

Close your eyes for a little while.

And take a nice deep breath.

Just relax in your own way for a little bit.

Tuning into your heart.

Opening yourself up to allow gentle guidance from above and below into your heart.

Before we are grounding and connecting together.

Just tuning in yourself,

Tuning into the energies of this day.

It's quite a unique day,

Like every day.

This day has been gifted with some astrological,

Special sparkle.

It's a new moon,

A solar eclipse as I've just learned.

Here we celebrate the Valtane,

Which is a fertility celebration where god and godets unite.

It's also Valpoorges night over here,

Which is better known as similar to different Halloween.

Here in these worlds the witches are flying with their brooms.

It's a beautiful time.

It has been a beautiful day in our life and I hope it isn't yours.

To just sit or lay down and just relax as we're entering into this journey.

Into this space of the power of peace.

With this special request of added intention to babies.

Coming generations.

Let's see where this journey is leading us.

Guys you are beautifully relaxed now.

Just check in with your body and just see whether there is a way how you can relax your body.

And as you inhale you invite this light into your body just consciously inviting it in.

In figuring movements.

Having more like flower movements,

Feeling the light just streaming to the front and the back,

To the left and the right.

Temples,

Neck,

Up and down,

Down and up.

Upside inside,

Inside out.

Your entire brain is just illuminated.

Shining bright.

Everything is lit up.

Working as one.

Nothing you had to do,

Just allowing it,

Feeling its energy still permeating through your entire brain.

Now you feel your first eye,

The place between your eyebrows just being opened,

Being cleansed.

Whatever intention you hold,

Just hold it here.

See it,

See it in your first eye.

Whatever it is that you see it might just be a symbol,

It might be a color,

It might be a memory.

Emotion,

Vibration,

Form or sound,

Whatever it is you're holding here just hold.

This can be a beautiful anchor for today's journey as well.

With your awareness to stay here,

A beautiful anchor to always return back to.

And to connect everything with that intention.

Yes the light keeps dropping down,

Down,

Filling,

Illuminating your entire head.

Your face.

Your face sets the tone for your bodily relaxation,

Allowing your face to relax even more.

And the light drops into your throat,

Your throat chakra,

This beautiful energy center.

When it is connected to your first eye it is connected to the source of the light.

Being able to speak that intention into this world.

This is made a vision into light.

And the light drops,

Drops into your heart.

You feel your shoulders getting warm,

Your arms,

Your palms feel,

Feel this light in your palms.

It's warm within your palm.

You feel everything that's not conducive.

It's not in alignment with that vision.

It just drops out.

Tainted light shining,

Cleansing more and more with every breath.

Nothing you need to do,

It's just happening.

Beautiful energized warm hands.

And the light drops,

Drops again into your entire chest area,

Your heart,

Your lungs.

Giving that vision love,

Giving it air.

Feeling the pulse of this intention.

Really experiencing it coming alive more and more.

And the light drops into your solar plexus,

The pit of your guts.

Your inner will,

Your inner sun.

It's a sunny day today in your solar plexus with so much love and light streaming into this energy center.

Devotion,

Faith,

This inner knowing.

Like the gentlest softest determination that is grounded in this beautiful knowing.

Knowing that your intention wants you and you want your intention.

Feeling this waving inside out,

Upside down,

All around.

Being guided by this intention and trusting that guidance fully.

Inner will and divine will.

Imagining,

Becoming one.

And it drops,

The light drops into your womb,

Into your heart,

Into your creative center.

Center of creation,

Loving creation,

Sensual creation.

Where God and Goddess unite.

Big bang,

Left and right hemisphere.

Sperm and egg.

Intention and surrender.

So much light.

So much energy.

Feel the passion,

The connection.

That intention being home right here,

Right within you,

Beautiful alignment.

And the light drops,

Drops into your pelvis,

Into your root chakra at the base of your spine.

Feeling the light here,

Feeling the stability,

The grounding,

The balance.

Your hips connected with your ears,

So balanced.

So in harmony,

Just feeling you could even balance.

There is this invisible string of light that is just lifting your spine a little bit.

Allowing for full bodily alignment as the light drops,

Anchors,

Anchors through your legs,

Through your feet.

And you feel these beautiful roots,

Your roots illuminate.

You feel the light in the earth becoming one in your legs.

So grounded,

So connected,

So strong.

And you go deep inside the earth,

You dive into the darkness with your roots.

Feeling the different layers of density,

Just going down,

Down,

Down through the different layers of sand,

Of soil,

Of humus,

Of life.

Feeling rocks,

Feeling crystals,

Feeling cold.

Going deeper and deeper,

Through our under earth oceans.

Layers of aquifer,

Of salt,

Ancient wisdom solidified.

Going deeper and deeper,

Deeper and deeper until you reach the molten core of the earth,

Uniting with you.

Feeling the passion,

Feeling the love,

Feeling its creation.

Hand over like an offering,

Hand over your intention to the grey goddess and goddess of all creation.

Maybe first just arrive here.

For a moment just sit down.

And here she comes,

Here she is.

And you hand over this intention,

This gift,

This seed.

And she plants it in her belly,

In her womb,

In her heart,

In her core.

And you feel it coming alive even more.

And she might be sharing something with you.

Remember she is a goddess beyond time.

She has a message for you.

And she shares with you something that she sees that you are going to be more of.

That you are experiencing more of.

That is aligned with your seed.

And then there is something that she shares with you already that you are going to see less of,

Be less of,

Experience less of.

Because she has the four sides,

You know.

And you feel her stroking your spine,

Embedding.

Kind of like changing some of your genetics for easy alignment.

Something is happening as she strokes over your spine,

Aligning energy with her wisdom.

So grounded.

So safe.

And she takes her in on a little secret.

She shows you creation,

Blueprint.

Her favorite creation on earth.

All the different ways of creating babies.

Creating human babies,

Fox babies,

Butterfly babies.

There aren't even butterflies.

Creating tree babies and broccoli babies.

Creating bird babies.

Like providing all of these different physical bodies.

Baby vessels,

Vehicles.

So many different ways.

Different forms of support.

Some unite physically,

Some have bees helping.

Some will be flies.

With some the wind helps.

Sometimes God and Goddess just unite themselves physically.

With worlds planting seeds.

Other beings.

Humans enjoying fruit and apes enjoying fruit.

Spitting out the seed.

Sacred creation.

She created the blueprint.

And we surrender.

And then the magic happens.

And you feel the energy of the light drawing you up again.

Saying goodbye you know you can always come back here.

Your intention,

Your seed is planted with the Goddess of Creation.

So safe,

So fertile.

And as you through your body your awareness just drifts up further up so light.

Watching that seed being planted into the earth and that it rises.

Roads in whatever form.

Roads connecting with the earth and the light allowing it to rise.

Rise,

Rise,

Rise all the way up.

And you move up further up.

And also here feeling the different densities.

I don't know what the other word for it is but it's getting lighter and lighter less than.

Just getting lighter and lighter easier and easier flowing.

Winds blowing you around swirling with you.

And you enjoy the lightness like a feather.

Rising up and up,

Up and up.

Through the clouds into the sky and beyond.

Into the indigo black sky and feather.

So light now.

Floating,

Just floating,

Floating around.

Kind of like being in this channel of light and you rise and rise.

Rise and rise further up and up and up.

Making this magical elevator if you like.

Maybe just flying.

Watching stars,

Watching the moon.

No moon,

New moon.

The solar eclipse.

The muscles spiral up and up.

Until you reach the source.

The light,

The god.

Father,

Sky,

Creator.

And for a moment you sit down here,

Do you arrive?

Settle in.

As if you were the most divine.

Some planet of light,

Pure light,

Divine light.

So much peace over here.

Just like being in clouds.

And the air is so thin here you can literally breathe through your pores,

Breathing in and out.

Nothing you have ever experienced like this before.

It's like water but no water.

You are one with this light.

You are the light.

The light is you.

With the new and all around you.

And you go along.

You find something like a filing cabinet.

You feel drawn towards it.

I don't know how yours might be looking but how many of these tiny little.

.

Like little orbs.

Actually not really a filing cabinet,

It's more like an open play field.

If you prefer a filing cabinet,

Go there.

It doesn't matter.

Can you stretch or structure it or pay your rent?

And you sit.

And as you sit here you feel how one orb is coming to you.

Maybe one or two,

Three or four,

I don't know.

But just start with one.

And then it's flying around you.

So playful,

So beautiful.

And as it introduces itself to you,

You recognize this is your intention.

You've just followed it back to the source and it found you again.

This is its home.

And it picked you.

Because of all the skills you have.

Because of all the memories you have.

Because of you.

There was no better match in the entire world than you.

Because of your blood's journey,

Your lineage.

Because of your soul's journey,

Your spirit.

Because of everything you've done in this life.

Like a piece of puzzle you made for each other.

And with time,

This intention has been flying around you for so long.

Waiting for you to get into your alignment.

Now you are here and now.

Perfectly aligned.

It's so exciting to see you,

To meet you,

To be with you already,

To be with you right now in the here and now.

And in this world,

We might be dancing a little bit together.

Spending some time.

Smiling,

Laughing.

That's its energy.

The energy of all of these intentions.

They get amplified by your smile.

Stay with you easily.

With your smile.

When you tune into the lightness of life.

Because they are life.

What is it that you can do that makes you feel light,

Vibrantly alive?

Anything,

Something.

That only you know.

And as you are so vibrantly alive,

Playing around with your little arms.

Feeling so peaceful.

It is here right now.

That intention is true.

Here now.

In the moment,

In the now.

It wants you,

It shows you,

It allows you to step into that world where this intention has come true.

You hold that baby and watch it grow.

See that creation and allow it to unfold.

Witness it.

What would you like to do with that creation?

Enjoy?

Love it,

Love it and to be.

It is of light,

Of energy,

Of vibration.

And there you realize this divine creator of God.

Father Sky is coming to you.

Welcoming you.

There is this aura,

This energy surrounding him of peace,

And lightness.

Everything flows.

He takes you in his lap and together you look down.

You look down to the earth,

To the goddess,

This beloved.

You see.

See it so differently now.

See the perfection,

See the blue point of creation.

And he smiles at you handing over your oath.

Placing you into your heart and feeling how it just explodes within you.

Every cell of your body just ingraining in there.

The most loving,

Most peaceful explosion you could have ever imagined.

Just like the stroke on mama earth on your spine.

You feel that.

Something has changed.

His intention is no longer a desire,

It is here.

And you feel how you surrender.

And he blows with his sacred breath over you.

Clearing your mind.

Clearing your body.

And gently you float down like a feather,

Like a snowflake.

If anything in your environment,

In your body was not in alignment with that intention it now is.

You know that with every little inch,

Every giant mile that you float closer back to the earth.

There is this knowing that is coming down.

Down with you.

You carry it within.

The knowing.

And as you reach gently,

Reach this wonderful garden.

Like a sacred crescent.

You know like one of these places where life just happens.

Like in your own backyard.

Where it is green.

And you just lie in this most serene place of nature.

With growth and creation.

Inspired creation.

And you see light falling onto the earth.

Moonlight,

Sunlight.

But every now and then there is a very special ray of light.

And now you see.

You recognize these special rays of light.

Mayor kisses from God.

From creator,

Father's guide.

From source.

And the same you find.

You find this divine sparkle coming up from the earth.

Like golden sparkle coming up.

Silver rays from above,

Golden sparkles from beneath.

And you walk on the meeting area.

The meeting layer.

And as you wake up life from a dream you know that your intention has a body.

It is already here.

It has already happened.

You have tapped into the blueprint of creation and the source of inspiration.

They are merging within you.

Divine God and Goddess.

Unite.

No time to.

We call the path is cleared.

The path is forward.

Leaving the history behind and creating your story.

Inspiring knowing your story,
