This is an energy clearing meditation.
We are like sponges,
Soaking up energy throughout the day as we interact with people that can transfer their energy intentionally or unintentionally.
We are also living in a time where we can take on energy from online sources such as the news and social media.
Being bombarded with all of this energy can leave you feeling drained and exhausted.
Clearing and protecting your energetic field regularly can do wonders for your mind,
Body,
And spirit.
So let's begin.
Find a comfortable seat or lie down.
Remember,
Comfort is key.
Allow this meditation to feel amazing like an internal massage.
Close off your eyes and let's start with taking three deep breaths.
Inhale through your nose,
Deep breath in.
And exhale,
Release the breath out.
Two more deep breaths.
Inhale through your nose.
Exhale,
Let it go.
Exhale,
Let it go.
And last,
Deep breath in.
Deep breath out.
Just allow your face,
Your jaw,
Your eyes to relax.
A gentle space between your teeth.
Just soften.
Bring your awareness to the crown of your head.
Visualize a beautiful bright light hovering over the top of your head.
Now visualize this light moving down,
Down,
Down through your body.
Clearing out energy.
Whether it's yours or an accumulation of others,
It is carried with the light and released.
On the breath in,
Feel the light expand.
And on the breath out,
Feel it move down and out to be released through the soles of your feet.
Give yourself permission to release the feelings of fear,
Worry and pain.
Responsibility or anything that is creating a heaviness in your body.
With every deep breath,
Feel lighter and lighter in your physical,
Emotional and spiritual body.
Take five deep breaths in.
With every deep breath,
Feel lighter and lighter in your physical,
Emotional and spiritual body.
Five deep,
Relaxing breaths.
Now you have released all that energy that is no longer serving you.
You can create a protective bubble of energy around you.
Bring your awareness to the perimeter of your body,
Starting down at your feet.
About one to two inches outside of the body,
Visualize a golden light traveling up the front side slowly,
Covering every inch until it moves up and over the crown of your head.
And with ease,
It travels down the back side of the body until you are fully covered inside and outside with this illuminating,
Bright,
Healing light.
Feel its calming and warming energy as you rest here and just breathe.
So so so so so take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.
Take a moment here to observe how you feel physically,
Mentally and emotionally.
Now draw all of that healing,
Illuminating bright light all the way behind your eyes.
Open your eyes.
Have a beautiful day seeing the light within you and around you.
