Creating space for authentic expression to arise.
It also provides a safe,
Supportive foundation to return to when challenging emotions come up.
Please begin by finding a comfortable position and gently close your eyes.
Take a moment to feel the points of contact between your body and the surface you are sitting on.
Now,
Bring your attention to your breath.
Breathe deeply,
Letting your breath flow down past your lungs and pelvis,
All the way into your feet.
Fill your feet with your breath,
Adjusting your inhale so you don't lift away from the foundation of your feet as you breathe.
Keep your awareness in your feet and begin to breathe into your pelvis,
Feeling the foundation of your pelvic floor.
As you maintain awareness of your lower body,
Direct your breath to your heart center,
Feeling and connecting with this space.
Give your heart your full attention.
Now,
Bring your focus to the space between your eyebrows,
Where your creative intuition resides.
Notice the darkness and breathe into your entire head,
Softening your mind,
Your eyes,
Your jaw,
And your face.
Let your breath flow freely now within your body,
Moving up,
Down,
And to the sides.
Feel the surface beneath you once again,
Supporting you,
And allow yourself to relax into that support.
Now,
Keep your awareness deep within your body and gently open your eyes.
Allow your vision to adjust to having your eyes open while staying fully grounded in your body.
From your feet to your head,
Be fully present in your body,
Eyes open,
Fully alert,
Yet completely at ease,
Breathing.
Let your mind rest in this grounded space.
Let your emotions rest here too.
And from this place of quiet and connection,
