Many of us learned early on to suppress feelings or stay strong when we were hurting, and those younger parts still live in the body as tension, guardedness, or emotional pain. Through conscious, heart-centered breathing and compassionate awareness, this session creates a safe and supportive space for those feelings to surface and be held with kindness rather than judgment. There is nothing to force here — if emotion arises, it is welcome, and if nothing comes up, that is welcome too.
