With just a few minutes of focused breathing,
We can move energy,
Clear stagnation,
And awaken a sense of lightness and clarity.
You don't have to force anything.
Just show up and let the breath do its magic.
You can sit tall or lie down,
Whatever feels most supportive today.
As you settle in,
Place one hand on your belly and one over your heart.
Begin to move your attention from the thinking mind down to the sensations of the physical body.
Let's begin with three grounding breaths.
We'll inhale deeply through the nose and exhale through the mouth with a soft sigh.
Again,
Breathing in new energy and letting it all go.
One more time,
Inhaling presence,
Exhaling anything you no longer need to carry.
You can put your hands down.
You're right where you need to be.
Let's begin.
We'll start with deep inhales through the nose and then out through the nose,
Just like this.

Four.
Out,
Two,
Three,
Four.
Out.
That's it.
Keep it going.
That's it.
Let the breath wash over you,
Clearing out any tension or leftover energy from earlier in the day.
Each inhale brings freshness.
Each exhale releases the past.
We're gonna go into our first breath hold.
We'll hold for one minute at the bottom of the breath,
Completely empty of all air.
Go every last drop of air,
Blow it out,
And then hold.
Resting in this stillness,
Safe.
We'll take a recovery breath in three,
Two,
One.
Big inhale filling all the way up and let it all go.
Beautiful.
We're gonna go into our second round now.
This round will do our two-part breath,
Pulling air in through the nose down to the bottom of the belly,
Inhaling more air into the chest,
And then exhale through the mouth and repeat.
So it will be like this.

That's it.
Charge your system with every inhale out.
Whatever feels heavy or stuck.
We're going to hold at the top of the breath.
So you'll take a deep breath in.
This is an extended hold.
If you need to take a catch breath,
Feel free to do so.
We're almost there.
We'll take a recovery breath in three,
Two,
One.
Let it all go.

We're now gonna go into our third and final round.
This will be a round of breath of fire.
We'll be breathing in and out through our nose rapidly on every beat.
So it will go just like this.

Really sending the breaths down to the bottom of the belly.
