The Difference Between Activation And Danger
This track explores the difference between nervous-system activation and actual danger. It looks at why sensations like a racing heart, muscle tension, or fast-moving thoughts can sometimes be interpreted as signs that something is wrong, even when there is no immediate threat. Rather than trying to eliminate activation, the track offers a different perspective: noticing what the body is experiencing while also staying connected to what is happening in the present environment. A gentle exploration of the space between activation and danger.
