Close your eyes and take a deep breath.
Take a deep breath through your nose,
To your chest,
To your belly.
And notice your belly expanding.
Notice your body relaxing.
And slowly exhale.
Letting go of the tension.
Letting your muscles relax.
Taking another deep,
Slow breath.
And gently close your beautiful eyes.
And exhaling slowly.
Bringing the awareness in your body.
Notice where are you holding tension.
What muscles do you feel contracted?
Gently release them.
Give them permission to relax.
Or visualize them relaxing.
Or visualize a beautiful light.
Bringing relaxation to them and to you.
As it showers in all of your body.
And you notice all of your muscles relaxing and releasing any kind of tension that you have been carrying.
Notice the rhythm of your breath.
Without trying to change it.
Just observing.
And letting it be.
As this beautiful light showers in all of your body.
Notice every muscle relaxing.
Notice every cell in your body relaxing.
And a new feeling of rejuvenation.
Being present in your body.
Becoming part of this moment.
Notice what is changing with the presence of this feeling.
Notice the present moment.
And observe your breath.
Observe the connection between your breath and this present moment.
The simplicity of being.
Of witnessing.
The beauty of witnessing without judgment.
Only pure observation.
And notice how your body,
How the sensations of your body are changing,
Are shifting and transforming.
From one moment to the other.
And you give yourself permission to just be.
You notice that you are the observer.
You see that you are the one who is noticing all the sensations.
And yet you are rooted in yourself.
In this moment.
In being the observer.
In being present.
And letting the flow of life carry everything forward.
As we let go of anything that no longer serves us.
Of anything that is not ours to carry.
And with this observation we connect to this moment.
And we hold the intention of bringing this observation and peace to every moment of this day.
And whenever you are ready,
You can open up your eyes as a new person in a new world.
Thank you so much for being here.
