Hello and welcome.

This is Klia from Growing Through Love.

I am so glad that you are here.

Today we will take a moment to connect with our senses.

Bringing our awareness in this moment helps our nervous system to regulate,

Giving signals of safety.

So,

Whenever you are ready,

Gently take a deep breath through your nose,

To your chest,

To your belly,

Feel your belly expanding.

And slowly exhale through your nose or your mouth.

And another deep and gentle breath.

Bringing the awareness to your breathing and the path of your breath,

How your breath moves,

How you visualize your breath moving with every inhale and exhale.

And notice your body.

How is your body reacting?

How are you feeling with each in-breath and out-breath?

Give your body permission to just be in this moment and its sensation,

Let it be and notice with curiosity what is coming up,

What sensations are present with you in this very moment.

Notice the patterns or imagine the texture that this sensation is bringing.

Where do you feel this sensation?

You don't need to label it,

Just becoming aware of its presence while being connected with our breath.

Don't try to change or control whatever sensation that you are experiencing.

Just observe,

Just notice,

In acceptance and curiosity.

Notice what part of you activates as you are feeling this sensation.

Notice what part of you is present or shows up as you are feeling this sensation,

As you are letting this sensation be while you are still present and connected with your breath.

And notice this version of you that is calm and creates a container even for the uncomfortable emotions to be present and accepted in their wholeness as they are for what they are,

For what this specific sensation is bringing,

For that piece of wisdom.

And visualize a bowl of light from your heart,

In your heart,

Beginning to expand more and more with each breath,

Filling your whole body with such beautiful divine energy,

Giving permission to relax,

Giving you the space to fully relax and be accepted.

You can stay with this divine presence and experience this beautiful feeling of connectedness,

Of oneness,

Of wholeness and acceptance,

Feeling this light expanding more and more.

How beautiful is that,

This divine power that lives within you.

As you dive into this feeling deeper and deeper,

There is a remembrance that is created that you can take with you throughout your day.

This beautiful feeling exists within you and whenever you are ready,

You can open up your eyes as a new person in a new world,

As a new person,

Deeper connected to the divine being that you are.
